The Little Clock House is a three bedroomed duplex apartment located in the heart of Dartmouth on the corner of pretty Foss Street. The property is located within a Grade II listed historic building, once home to William Cumming Henley, an ironmonger and artist with a passion for science and learning. The local Dartmouth Museum houses a collection of his artefacts and a reconstruction of his study within the Little Clock House. As the name implies, inset into the outside of the property is a 19th Century clock made by W H Hole of Dartmouth. The property benefits from a dual aspect lounge offering views up Anzac Street towards St Saviours Church and views down Duke Street towards the historic Butterwalk and the Royal Avenue Gardens. Bedroom Two features a kingsize oak bed with matching bedside cabinets with sidelights and a matching wardrobe with a feature original wrought iron fireplace. A sash window to the side offers views over Foss Street.

Bedroom Three features a double wooden bed frame with bedside cabinets and a coordinating tall boy. The sash window to the side offers views over Victoria Road.

The property benefits from a shower room on the First floor and a bathroom on the second floor. The shower room is fully tiled with an enclosed cubicle with electric shower over, low level wc and basin in vanity unit with a large mirror and light over. The fully tiled bathroom, situated on the second floor, comprises of a panelled bath with electric shower over, low level wc and washbasin in vanity un it with large mirror and light over. The bathroom also benefits from a suntube providing natural light.

Although there is no parking at the property, a parking permit is provided for use in an unreserved space in the town centre car park. The permit can also be used for the Park and Ride located on the outskirts of the Town.
