Halcyon is a beautiful two bedroom apartment with views looking out onto the ancient market square in the heart of Dartmouth. Located on the first floor, this lovely property is perfect for those who like to be within easy reach of the shops and restaurants. It has many original features including, the exposed white washed brick fireplace and original sash windows. It has a very pleasant atmosphere affording a relaxed and wonderful place to stay.
There are two bedrooms in the property.
One small bedroom has two single beds, one little bedside table with lamp, a built in wardrobe and a small mirror.
The master bedroom is a light spacious room overlooking the market. There is a double bed, two bedside lamps, a small dressing table with mirror, a chair and a wardrobe with three drawers.
In the lounge there is a sofa bed that can sleep two people.
Overlooking the Market Square, the living room is really nicely decorated.
There is a big three seats sofa bed, two armchairs, coffee table and a flat screen TV with built in DVD player.
In the Dining Area there is a table and chairs for four people.
The kitchen is well equipped. There is a small fridge/freezer, an electric oven, electric hob, kettle, toaster, microwave and a dishwasher.
There is a parking permit for the Mayors Avenue car park in town.

It is a beautiful town steeped in history with many of the buildings dating back to the 16th and 17th centuries. The oldest building in Dartmouth is the Cherub Public House which dates back as far as 1380!
The Britannia Royal Naval College famous for training the Royal Navy's Officers sits majestically overlooking the town and down the River Dart towards Kingswear and the Dartmouth Castle and out to sea. The Paignton and Dartmouth Steam Railway is on the Kingwear side of the river and trains run regularly offering a traditional and unique blast from the past.
