Situated just five miles from Dartmouth and a short walk to the two village pubs, store and church, the property nestles in the rolling South Hams countryside but only four miles from the sea and the renowned Blackpool Sands. The area has much to offer; walking, fishing, sailing, beaches and Dartmouth Golf and Country Club and Woodlands Theme Park just over a mile away.

Master Bedroom double bed size (5') TV, countryside views and door to En-suite Shower Room Shower cubicle, basin, WC. Bedroom 2: Double bed (4'6”), overlooking front, TV, door to 'Jack and Jill' Bathroom: bath with shower over and hand held shower, basin, WC. Bedroom 3: Double bed (5'), TV chest of drawers, wall hanging space.

Parking: parking for two large or three medium sized cars.
