About this location
The Devon region
Dartmouth is a town and civil parish in the English county of Devon. It is a tourist destination set on the banks of the estuary of the River Dart, which is a long narrow tidal river that runs inland as far as Totnes
One of the most attractive old streets is Smith Street and is the earliest street in Dartmouth to be recorded by name (in the 13th century). Several of the houses on the street are originally late 16th century or early 17th century and likely rebuilt on the site of earlier medieval dwellings.

"Peaceful park with great access to Devon's attractions."
Very clean chalet, with essential equipment and comfortable rooms. Electric meter was very cheap, put £6 and it would've lasted two weeks not one. The only thing we could have done with was… More

"Relaxing holiday in idyllic location"
We had a wonderful week in this chalet. Everything you needed for a week away was there. A lovely bottle of wine was waiting for us when we arrived. Everything was immaculate and beautifully presented. It had a cosy, homely feel with lovely, tasteful furnishings throughout.
We cooked every day and had lights on, fridge, hairdryer etc and we only had to put £10 in the meter.
The kitchen was spacious and filled with all the appliances of a modern home.
The bathroom/wet room was huge. Absolutely fantastic after a sandy day at the beach.
At 414 Norton Park you have your own parking space too which is very handy.
The Sportsman pub with childrens play area is 5mins drive and there are beautiful beaches to explore. Blackpool Sands was a favourite.
We highly reccomend this Chalet holiday to everyone. We didn't want to leave and we will DEFFINATELY be going back.

"Lovely place to stay!"
We stayed at Norton Park for a week with our two children of 1 and 10 years.
It was perfect for a family of four, the chalet had everything we needed and more!
It was bright, very clean and well presented.
The park it's self was quite, but our older daughter still managed to make friends with some other children to play with in an evening.
The location was really close to Dartmouth, we used the park and ride alot, as it was so close to the park. Great beaches.
Plenty of lovely places to eat out, but also a sainsburys very close by if needed.
All in all a really lovely place to stay and we would recomend it to everyone.
