Located just a 5 minute walk from the centre of Dartmouth, with its many boutique shops, cafes and high quality restaurants to enjoy.  Dartmouth is also home to the impressive Britannia Royal Naval College. Being a waterside town, Dartmouth is the ideal place to sit back and watch the boats go by.

There are some great beaches in the area, with the closet being Blackpool Sands and Slapton Sands, a 15 minute drive away. There really is so much to do in the region from zoos to museums and even taking to the skies in Torquay's hi-flyer balloon. Alternatively, you could just take it easy and enjoy the spectacular natural beauty right on the doorstep.

"Wonderful views"

There is no doubt that the views are what make this property. Watching the busy river traffic and ferries is brilliant. The property is fairly well furnished and decorated and they have good bathrooms… More

We have looked into this with the property owner who is aware that there is a damp problem and is currently undertaking extensive works to ensure that the property will be of the expected high standard for any future guests.
