There is also a separate utility area at the rear of the property with a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as an additional fridge.
There are three bedrooms all located on the first floor.
Bedroom One offers a spacious room with large feature window to the front offering outstanding views of the River Dart. The furniture comprises of a kingsize bed with a matching suite of bedroom furniture of wardrobe, dressing table, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. There is also a wall mounted feature gas fire and the room benefits from an en suite shower room.
Bedroom Two offers again outstanding views of the River Dart from a large feature window. The furniture comprises of a double bed with bedside cabinets with matching built in shelving and drawer units to either side of the chimney. A large built-in wardrobe provides ample storage for guest clothes during there stay.
Bedroom Three is located at the rear of the property and is ideally suited for the younger guests as the room is furnished with full sized bunk beds.
High and Over boasts three bathroom facilities all finished to an excellent standard.
The main bathroom is the 'piece de resistance' of the property and is fitted to an excellent standard throughout. The main focal point is the contemporary freestanding oval cast iron bath. The suite also comprises of a corner walk in shower cubicle with rainhead shower, a low level WC, bidet and washbasin in vanity unit.
The En Suite shower room comprises of a corner shower cubicle, low level WC and washbasin in vanity unit with an art deco inspired feature mirror with light.
The shower room is located on the ground floor and comprises of a shower cubicle, low level WC and pedestal washbasin with feature art deco inspired mirror and light over.
To the front of the property is a large slate paved sun terrace with stainless steel balustrades and glass panels allowing for uninterrupted views of the River Dart. A raised deck area with outdoor furniture leads off the dining room providing an ideal location for those 'al fresco' moments.
Although there is no parking with the property, a parking permit is provided for use in the town centre car park from April through to the end of September
