12 Higher Moor is a stunning modern detached house situated within a beautifully kept estate location on the edge of Dartmoor National Park and the wonderful village Avonwick. With open plan living and an enclosed private garden backing onto open land, it offers a superb getaway for those seeking solace and comfort. The property provides easy access to Dartmoor, Plymouth and Exeter and it is superbly located for visits in and around South Devon. One of the best beaches is just 25mins away at Bigbury and Woodlands Leisure Park is 25mins away in another direction making 12 Higher Moor an ideal base for family activities of all kinds.


The lounge is located on the ground floor and is furnished with a large squishy sofa and chair with pedestal, TV and a DVD player. It has double patio doors opening out onto the rear garden.

Kitchen/Dining/Relaxation Room

The kitchen is an open plan design and has a range of fully fitted floor and base units and integrated appliances including, electric double oven and hob, full size dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a free standing fridge with freezer compartment, microwave oven and toaster.The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has a large wooden kitchen table and six dining chairs. There is also a relaxation area with double patio doors opening up onto the rear garden. This is a lovely light and airy room with raised ceiling giving an extra feeling of space.


There are three bedrooms on the first floor of the property. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room with WC and sink.

Master bedroom One - the master bedroom overlooks the rear garden and has the benefit of an en-suite shower room with WC and sink. There is a classic styled white metal framed king size double bed.

Bedroom Two - overlooks the rear garden and also has a king sized double bed.

Bedroom Three - is the smallest bedroom with single bed.


On the ground floor there is a cloakroom with WC and sink unit. On the first floor there is a family sized bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and sink. From the main bedroom there is an ensuite bathroom with shower, WC and sink.

Outside Area + Parking

Outside there is a front lawned garden with established borders with a range of shrubs and trees. The enclosed private rear garden can be accessed via a side gate and is a large grassed area offering a lovely play area for young children or relaxtion for adult guests. There is parking for two cars on the driveway and visitors could park on road if required.
