On the first floor is an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting room with a balcony overlooking the open countryside. Within the grounds of the holiday park is ample off road parking, and an onsite bar and restaurant which are just 3 minutes walk away. No. 50 Valley Lodge offers simple, modern accommodation in a beautiful rural setting making this an ideal holiday cottage for a relaxing break.

Bed linen inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Balcony with views toward open countryside. One well-behaved pet welcome at £10 per week. Sorry, no smoking. On-site bar and restaurant (seasonal opening) within 3 mins walk. Nearest village shop and pub 1 mile, additional pubs and restaurants just a short drive. Note: On-site leisure facilities available to guests. On-site charges apply and are to be paid at the site reception. Current charges are £3.50 for junior swim, £4.50 for adult swim/gym use, £5.00 for tennis racket and ball hire.

The Dartmoor / Tavistock area
The small village of Gunnislake lies on the steeply wooded banks of the River Tamar. It has village pubs and a small selection of shops. The area is perfect for exploring Dartmoor, the south and north coast beaches and the attractions of Cornwall's far west. Close to hand, the Dartmoor town of Tavistock with its market, pubs and restaurants is a must, while the Donkey Sanctuary and Cotehele house and gardens are just 15 mins away. Enjoy a round of golf at St Mellion, explore the restored Victorian mining village at Morwhellam Quay, search for otters and deer along the Tamar Valley footpath or take a trip to the beach and picturesque harbour at Looe - there's something for everyone.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
