BookThe South East Tanzania/Dar es Salaam region
Tanzania and Zanzibar are one United Republic renowned for Wildlife in the famous Serengeti, and Snow capped Mt Kilimanjaro. Historically this country has been a destination for holiday makers for thousands of years . "Arabian Nights "rich merchants and kings of Persia and Asia travelled for trade and splendour before the arrival of Europeans in 14th Century. There is an abundance of history and sites to see.
The Dar es Salaam City area
Local attractions include white fine sandy beaches, and the Makonde tribe seen making splendid art drawings and wooden curvings. During the day the open air local markets are full of colourful clothes and fruits being sold at very cheap prices. In the evenings the air is filled with Satsa and Rumba music played by live bands to entertain customers of local pubs and restaurants. It is highly recommended that you visit these places in evenings before going to bed.
