This 3 bedroom condo has a king, queen and two extra long twins, fireplace, two patios,and front proch two baths and everything is furnished including washer, dryer. We provide everything you need for your vacation. It has dining for 8 and a new kitchen to boot. We are located in a very upscale location in Dana Point with ocean view from the bedroom, patio and front proch.. Amenities included in the rental feeare: all local phone calls, high speed internet access complete with a brand new laptop, boogie boards, beach towels, coolers, TV's in every room and much, much more!! You truly get what you pay for in this unit! This condo, Ivory Coast is right around the corner from The Ritz Carlton and St. Regis Resorts and is within walking distance of Starbucks--a brisk 10 minute walk. We are located mid way in between San Diego and Los Angeles located on the Ocean side of Pacific Coast Highway. We are a little more than an hour for a trip Hollywood and Legoland and we are only 22 miles from Disneyland.

The California region
Catalina can be viewed on a clear day from the condo.. Tour Boats are available at the Dana Point Harbour. Dana Point has many wonderful close attractions. Disney Land and Knoxs Berry Farm are not more than 30 min away. Hollywood and Universial Studios are a must see. Dana Point is located in exactly mid way in between LA and San Diego on the Pacific Coast. Perfect weather year round.. Many of our guests also go to the San Diego Zoo with their families and they also enjoy Sea World in San Deigo. You can also enjoy Whale Watching here in Dana Point or go sportsfishing too from the Harbour on their express boats.. They have 2500 yachts in the Harbour or you can shop in one of the 50 shops.
Dana Point area
Dana Point is situated on the beautiful Southern California coast, halfway between San Diego and Los Angeles. It prides itself with nearly seven miles of coastal bluffs and rolling hills along the Pacific Ocean with its charming beaches and wild surfs. Most noteworthy of these bluffs is a unique promontory known as the “Headlands”, which overlooks Dana Point Harbor, one of the most significant man-made alterations of the Orange County coastline. Dana Point encompasses 6.5 square miles and is home to 35,110 people and numerous businesses, all working together as one community. You can see this collaboration in action during some of the City's annual festivals and events such as the Turkey Trot in November, Festival of Whales in March, and its 4th of July fireworks show. The City is home to the Dana Point Harbor, the newly opened Ocean Institute presenting a wide array of marine life, to several beautiful restaurants to accommodate your special needs.
Dana Point is named after Richard Henry Dana, Jr., a Harvard-trained lawyer, seaman, and author of the classic sea journal, Two Years Before the Mast. His writings document the voyage from Boston around Cape Horn to California on the merchant ship, Pilgrim, and describe the area once known as Capistrano Bay, as “the most romantic spot on the coast of Southern California.

Conditions
We try to stick with Saturday to Saturday if at all possible, however will will work with you if you cannot get flights on Sat to Sat., other than Peak Season. If you have a special request other than that we will consider it but if you have not purchased your tickets try to stick to Sat to Sat. It is a requirment from June to Sept 15 forsure. We will try to work with you but please before you buy your tickes check availability.
We are told the most reasonable days to travel are Saturday so we hope this will work for you.
