About the home

This 4 bedroomed traditionally styled villa is the perfect retreat for large groups or families to relax and get away from it all. Set in a peaceful location, you can hear the birds chirping in the distance and enjoy the light breeze from the river. The villa consists of 4 bedrooms, all equipped with air-conditioning and wardrobe/draw space for your use during your stay. The bedroom in the loft space sleeps 3 and is equipped with an en-suite. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed, including an American style fridge/freezer, perfect for all those refreshing drinks and ice-cream.

Why not relax on the chair swing on the private patio or retreat to the gazebo, a great place to get out of the sun and cool down. For you sun worshippers, enjoy the rays of the Turkish sun by the pool, taking a dip when the urge calls for it. This is truly wonderful villa to spend your holiday in, you will want to come back time and time again.

All bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes or chest of drawers for your use, so those summer items dont get creased sitting in the suitcase.

The villa is set in beautifully maintained grounds. The garden is alive with greenery, plants, palm trees and colour. A large gazebo awaits you, a prefect place to retreat from the sun or for al fresco dining with your party.
The large under covered patio with swing chair also forms the ideal place. The patio also hosts a table with 6 chairs.

Feel the breeze from the river as you soak up the Turkish sun. Great for forgetting all the stresses of home.

Take a dip in the newly built swimming pool, an ideal way to cool off and un-wind.

Off road parking is available if you decide to hire a car for your stay.

Conditions

A 30% non refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining payment is to be made upon arrival.

A breakage payment of 200 GBP is to made paid separately. This will be returned after the villa inspection.
Guests are advised to replace any damaged items themselves as it will work out cheaper than the agent replacing them.

Dalyan lies on the south-western coast of Turkey, a 25 minute drive from Dalaman International airport.

This wonderful unspoilt area of Turkey is the perfect place to enjoy the relaxing and exotic culture of Turkey.
Not only is this area ideal for nature/wildlife seekers but also offers the historic and adventurous traveller many exciting opportunities to get out there and explore what's on offer. Not to forget the many sandy beaches and coves to explore.

Dalyan offers breathtaking nature, not forgetting the generous and outstanding hospitality of the locals. It forms the perfect retreat for the young, old, families and couples.

The climate is outstanding, expect clear blue skies and perfect sunshine. A refreshing breeze can be felt from the river.

No over-crowding like neighbouring resorts like Marmaris and Fethiye, although only a 45 minute drive away. There is only a small handful of discos so those that wish to retire early are not disturbed.

The Dalyan / Gulpinar area

No high rise buildings, just villas and traditional village houses all surrounded by an abundance of fruit trees, greenery and mountains.

Dalyan has many attractions on offer to see and do. There is something for everybody.
Why not experience one of the many restaurants on the river and experience the historic and famous king tombs sculptured into the mountains, lit up a night time - a perfect picture opp!

Dalyan has many things on offer to see and do, here is a list of some of the favourites:
*Mud baths/Thermal Springs. A chance to make yourselves look 10 years younger!! The Turks truly believe in the muds skin healing qualities.
*A visit to ancient city of Caunos. Just stand quietly and feel the history.
*Boat trip up to the lake or to the beach. A perfect opportunity to catch those rays and see the true beauty of nature as you sail through the bush reeds. Dont forget to look out for the flying fish and dolphins. Taking a snorkel is a must.
*Scuba diving and sea- fishing.
*Local market. Your bartering head is needed for this. A good bargin or two can be picked up.
*Horse-riding
*White water rafting on the Dalaman river

Dalaman Airport is a 25 minute drive from Dalyan

Most UK airports fly here, taking around 3 1/2 hours. Easy Jet have now started flying to Dalaman aswell as most flight carriers like Thomascook, Aeegan, Monarch. Search the internet to find the best deal.

Airport transfers can be arranged for you. This is paid locally upon arrival.

Car hire can be arranged for you stay. Please enquiry at time of booking.
