Villa Manzara is a two bedroom villa which shares a garden and swimming pool with the identical villa next door. The double bedroom has en-suite with private balcony which overlooks the swimming pool and has mountain views. The twin also has en-suite. Both are equipped with air conditioning.
The downstairs is decorated with fine stone work in the walls and presents a lovely stone walled log fire. The living area is also equipped with air conditioning. The villa has a airy and light feel to it. Perfect place to relax and un-wind. Villa Manzara is set in a fairly quiet part of the town, a 15 minute walk from the amenities on offer in the town centre. The nearest market for all your essentials is only 5 minutes away.

The Turks truly believe in the muds skin healing qualities. *A visit to ancient city of Caunos. Just stand quietly and feel the history. *Boat trip up to the lake or to the beach. A perfect opportunity to catch those rays and see the true beauty of nature as you sail through the bush reeds. Dont forget to look out for the flying fish and dolphins. Further details outdoors: Villa Manzara is set in enclosed grounds which shares the garden and Swimming pool with the identical villa next door. An undercovered patio is at the front of the villa, ideal place to retreat from the sun and still watch the children have fun.
The 35m2 Swimming pool has Roman style steps leading into it. The deep end depth is 1.65 m. We advise non-swimmers to be supervised at all times.

Conditions
A 10% non refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining payment to be made 6 weeks before booking commences.
A breakage payment of 250 GBP is to made paid separately. This will be returned after the villa inspection. Guests are advised to replace any damaged items themselves as it will work out cheaper than the agent replacing them.
