If you're looking for a holiday that provides sun, relaxation, superb comfort and privacy we may have just what you are looking for. Villa Oleander is situated on the outskirts of Dalyan surrounded by spectacular mountain views offering the best of both worlds to the holidaymaker. Peaceful relaxing days and easy access to the many bars and restaurants Dalyan has to offer by night time.
Getting about is easy as the Dolmus which runs every half hour from the end of the road and takes 5 minutes to get to the centre of town. Taxis are also cheap and readily available. There are bikes available for your use at the property; alternatively the walk into town is easy. Although surrounded by mountains, Dalyan itself is flat and easy to walk around.
There is a fresh bread delivery every morning and a mini market 10 minutes walk from the villa.
The bungalow is very well furnished offering light, airy accommodation with everything available to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Occupying a corner plot, the property offers complete privacy and seclusion, apart from seeing occasional farm workers tending the oranges or coming to pick cotton.
This is a wonderful location, perfect for days lazing by the pool with a good book and enjoying the wonderful Turkish hospitality and cuisine by nightime. For those looking for a little more activity, there is plenty to do for all age groups including adventure activities or visits to cultural and historic sites to name but a few.

Dalyan is a picturesque village situated on the Dalyan River between the Mediterranean sea and the fresh water lake of Koygeciz.
Dalyan offers a perfect combination of sea, beach, fresh water lake and river, nestling in a mountain landscape and surrounded by cotton fields, pine trees and citrus groves.
It has views of the famous rock tombs and Iztuzu beach which is a famous nesting ground for loggerhead turtles, is just a short boat or local bus trip away.
The weather in Dalyan is very good from May until October and sometimes well into November and December!
Dalyan is a conservation area renowned for its natural beauty, stork nesting and for the loggerhead turtles which nest on the nearby Iztuzu beach (20 minutes by local bus, 35 minutes by boat from the centre of the town).
There are many restaurants, bars and shops with many of the restaurants backing onto the river with spectacular views of the famous rock tombs and the river.
There are lots of places of interest in the area including the ancient city of Caunos with its Lycian rock tombs, the sunken city of Kekova, Pamukkale with its world famous salt terraces, 12-island boat trip from nearby Gocek where you can enjoy many watersports and from Dalyan's own airfield you can experience a fantastic micro-light trip.
