About the home

This is a beautiful villa in a quiet spot on the outskirts of Dalyan. Lovely large garden with a fantiastic private pool. The villa is kitted out with high quality furniture, fixtures and fittings allowing you and your family to enjoy a relaxing time. The weather is wonderful, and the town of Dalyan is only 30-minutes from Dalaman airport.

Comprising of three double bedrooms, lounge, dining room, fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and WC all furnished to the highest standard. Two of the bedrooms have balconies and most importantly, all the bedrooms and downstairs have excellent air conditioning.

Further details outdoors:
The large terrace which can be accessed from both the kitchen and the lounge provides a wonderful spot to watch over the kids in the pool or just enjoy a quiet, relaxing breakfast with your partner. The swimming pool is 10m x 6m with both a ladder and gentle steps down into it.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

Beautiful countryside and mountains surround the town of Dalyan, and with the views, history, culture, wildlife, river and sea topped off by the warm local hospitality, Dreamturkishvilla is a wonderful place for a family or group of friends to spend their holiday.

The Dalyan area

Dalyan is on a river leading to the world famous Turtle Beach, offering fantastic swimming and sunbathing. The local area provides plenty for all the family, with activity sports such as paragliding, trekking, river racing and of course...sun bathing! There are lots of restaurants and bars in the town, which is only a 15-minute walk from the villa.

"Just a short note to let you know what a great time we had in Dalyan. The villa was superb, cool (for our teenagers as well as for us oldies )and ideally situated away from the town centre. We rented two scooters for the children, which enabled them to have their independence, and leave us to enjoy the lovely pool at home. We thought that villa was well furnished and kitted out. The General Manager was really helpful and was always keen to point us in the right direction - be it for a good meal or boat trip, etc. We will certainly want to return to Dreamturkishvilla in the near future."
