Dalyan is a small low key resort with loads to do and this is regardless of whether you are old or young or somewhere in the middle.The choice ranges from relaxing by the pool which is shared with six other houses ;swimming in the sea straddled by the amazing turtle beach. This has been described as one of the worlds best beaches or a dip in the lake reknowned for its hot springs ;visits to the old roman ruins of caunos ,the famous ephesus and pammukkale one of turkeys natural wonders are not to be missed,neither is a swim in the mud baths and sulphur springs.Come home clean after having a Turkish bath. Men must experience a shave.A jeep safari is a treat as is microliting over the Dalyan delta or trekking or walking in the mountains Dalyan is a delight whether its adventure or just relaxation that you want . There are plenty of bars and cafes and restaurants in Dalyan.

The house is newly built.There are two double bedrooms;the first has a double bed ,wardrobe,and loads of cupboard space,its own en-suite and a balcony;the second is the same except that there are two single beds ,there is also an extra matress ;the living area contains two sofa beds (which could accommodate up to three others) satelite tv,coffee tables. a dining area ,the kitchen has a cooker ,sink ,iron ,ironing board,kettle,crockery,pots and pans,cutlery a fridge freezer. There is also a downstairs toilet.

The patio boasts a table for al fresco wining and dining. This is a great area to relax in the afternoon and looking at the clear sky and stars at night! Not to mention spectacular mountain views during the daytime.

There is a manager on site who will answer and deal with any queries. Very suitable for children,it is a non smoking household and smokers are encouraged out of respect for non smokers to smoke outside.fully air conditioned.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

During the summer Dalyan is deliciously warm and one can expect to enjoy temperatures in the 90's May and June and October are slightly cooler. The area is very historical,being not too far from ephesus / pammukale, very close to Kaunos and turttle beach the famous mud baths are a short hop away.easy access to greece or a trip to the 12 islands, carpet factory and a jewelery factory is nearby ponder a purchase over tea, the people are very friendly a turkish night is also a treat.


Other local places to visit are the weekly market held in Dalyan, Marmaris for a taste of zip zap and razamataz and marmaris bazaar is an experience.fetiye is good to go to as well as trips to local visits by use of car hire or on jeep safari see the whole of dalyan by microliting over the dalyan delta, mud baths sulphur springs,roman ruins walh thru the icy waters of the cavern in sklikent and if you want more adventure try water rafting.
