The air conditioned apartment has 2 bedrooms, the main double room with its own private balcony, the second double room has twin beds. Both have built in wardrobes and bedside furniture. The open plan living area contains a fully fitted kitchen area, a dining area and the lounge area which contains a large double sofa bed which can easily sleep another 2 adults. The furnished apartment balcony overlooks the pool, gardens and mountains.
Dalyan has everything - the outstanding turtle beach, a bustling market, traditional restaurants and bars, strong local traditions aswell as the majestic remains of an ancient city. A visit to Dalyan is undoubtedly one of the finest holidays to be taken and you will want to return year after year.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
Dalyan is steeped in history and lies on the river bank with its many small tourist boats which will take you out to the famous Turtle Beach or inland to the beautiful Lake Koycek.
Lycian Tombs overlooking the village and the mud baths at the ancient village of Caunos are well worth visiting.Paragliding is available at theairfield for those with a sense of adventure!
Dalaman airport is about 20-25 minutes away by taxi from Dalyan. Transfers can be arranged if required and cost approximately £27 for up to 4 people each way (paid locally). Taxis are the easiest way to travel around although the local Dolmus (bus) are the cheapest. Car rental is easy to arrange anfd the roads are mostly adequate.
Dalyan area
The apartment is only a 5 minute walk from the centre of town, however it is far enough out to be peaceful.
Dalyan has heaps of restaurants along the riverside serving the finest Turkish and Internationaal cuisine along with lively bars. It is not the place to come for a "buzzing" nightlife although there are plenty of friendly bars and a couple of clubs together with traditional Turkish nights featuring belly dancing and live music.
The local market is held on Saturdays and provides an excellent way to pick up bargains, as with anywhere in Turkey, haggling is the, don't feel embarrassed as it is expected! The market sells everything from linens, rugs etc, foods and spices, household goods, clothes and shoes, even football shirts to keep the kids happy!
The town has supermarkets, post office, bank and most other services you will need during your holiday. Telephoning the UK is easiest and cheapest at the post office.
How to get there
Flying from the uk to Dalaman airport (DLM)with most airlines. Easyjet have just started to fly to Dalaman and offer compettitive rates as well as Aegean Airlines. Transfers can be arranged, the easiest and quickest is by taxi, takes 20-30minutes dependant on traffic and costs around £25 each way.

Outside. The pool is shared with the other 3 properties in the villa. Our own sunbeds and table are available for your use, however these need to be returned to the apartment prior to your departure.
Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service. All bed linen and indoor towels are provided. Please note that you will have to provide your own towels for the pool and beach. The apartment is cleaned on departure, if you would like it cleaned during your stay, this can be arranged at an additional cost.
Notes on Accommodation. The accommodation is strictly NON SMOKING inside the apartment. The Pool and gardens are enclosed, so are safe for children. The pool is not open during the winter months. Any breakages or damage should be notified to us upon or prior to your return.

Booking Notes. All bookings are with the owners and require a £75 deposit to secure bookings. The balance will become due no later than 8 weeks prior to departure Full details are available upon request.
