This luxurious Turkish style 3 bedroom villa is situated in the picturesque town of Dalyan. The villa is situated only a short walk away from the lively town centre and a 10 minute drive to the famous Iztuzu beach.
The villa sports all mod cons and has been decorated in a modern, yet homely style. The private pool and garden are daily cleaned and a housekeeping and laundring sevice (towels & bedlinnen only) are included in the package price. All bedrooms have a private terrace. This package price includes transfers from and to the airport and a representative is available 24 hours a day for any questions or additional requests.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
Dalyan is famous for its mud baths, which can be visited by boat from the harbour. Further up the river are the Sultaniye hot springs, in which you can bath in naturally hot spring water. Nearby is the 12 km long Köycegiz lake and the town of Köycegiz itself.
Down the river are the 2,300 year old Lycian cliff tombs and the ancient city of Caunos. These are well worth a visit before you wind your way down to the beach. The beach is one of only a few nesting sites of the rare loggerhead turtle, and for this reason it is closed to the public after 8pm. This is because after 8pm, the turtles arrive to build nests and lay their eggs.
Shopping in Dalyan is suprisingly good and Dalyan has its own market which is open every Saturday.
Dalyan / Metinler area
Weather conditions are always good in Dalyan. Chances of an occasional rain shower are of course always there but most unlikely during the summer season. The sea temperature varies from 20 to 25 degrees between April and October. Things to do: You can visit the old city of Caunos, go on a jeep safari, mountain bike through the mountians, visit the turtles whilst laying their eggs on Iztuzu beach, go on a boat trip (theres a choice of many boats at the marina in the centre of town), go crab fishing or go on a moonlight cruise. Dalyan has a very rich nightlife. There's something for everyone: bars, pubs, a lounge bar/grand cafe, nightclub, 3 dancings. Also there's a wide variety of Turkish Restaurants available in Dalyan.
How to get there
Transfers from and to Dalaman airport, upon arrival and departure, are included in the package at no extra cost. Villa Susan is situated a 20 minute drive away from Dalaman Airport. The keys to the villa will be given to you by your chauffeur and can be returned to him upon your departure. Flight are available to Dalaman airport from most UK airports and frequent and several times a week all year round.
