The villa sits within a private walled garden with a large 50m2 pool, which it shares with only 2 others. Located just 5 minutes walk from the heart of tranquil Dalyan where you can take a short boat ride to the beach. The villa is also only 25 minutes by car from Dalaman airport. The villa is close to all amenities yet quite and peaceful.
Dalyan is a perfect place to holiday for all ages, offering history, culture, wildlife, stunning scenery, beautiful beaches and deserted coves. It is an area of outstanding natural beauty and historic interest, nestling on the bank of the river and surrounded by lush green fields and spectacular mountains.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
Dalyan is situated on the south western Mediterranean at the centre of a broad river delta. A beautiful unspoilt area of natural beauty and historical interest. The river makes its way between the Mediterranean and Köycegiz lake and forms a network of small lakes and waterways. These wetlands with their mixture of fresh and salt water are home to a variety of fish, stripe neck terrapins, turtles and many water fowl. You will often see spectacularly coloured Kingfishers and even migratory storks (we have a storks nest by the garden gate!)
There are lots of lovely restaurants and bars to be found in Dalyan's main streets nestled around the town square and along the river bank where you can watch the world go by. There's plenty of variety, something for every taste.
Dalyan area
The local Mud Baths and the Sultanye Thermal Baths are reputed to have healing properties. Amongst the claims are help with arthritis, rheumatism and psoriasis. They also claim to make your skin look more youthful and radiant. It's also great fun. You allow the mud to dry on your skin and then remove it in the natural clear water sulphur pool - it's lovely and warm at around 40 celsius!
The Lycian rock tombs, carved from the rock to look like temples, were the last resting place of the kings of Caunos. They can be viewed from many of the local restaurants which line the riverfront and are lit up in the evening. You can take a boat across the river for a close up look and to visit the ancient city of Caunos (3000bc). It's a marvellous place and the scenery is stunning, overlooking the sea and the delta. The main monuments you can see are the Acropolis surrounded by city walls, a theatre, four temples, baths and churches.
You can also take day trips to the famous rock city of Cappadocia, the salt flats of Pamukkale and the biblical area of Ephesus.
There are many other things to do why not try paragliding or a jeep safari, horse riding, birdwatching, micro-lighting, diving, white water rafting, walking and climbing.
Car, Motorcycle and Bicycle hire are readily available in Dalyan (bicycles are around £2 a day).
How to get there
25 minutes by car from Dalaman airport. We can arrange for transfers by our local English speaking rep to collect you from the airport and take you directly to the villa.

Fully fitted ktichen, fridge freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher, washing machine. Outside breakfast terrace. There is also a shower room/WC on the ground floor.
On the first floor you will find the airconditioned master bedroom with kingsize bed and private balcony with lovely views. A 2nd double bedroom also with airconditioning and a further twin bedroom again with private balcony and a large luxury family bathroom. On the second floor is a large twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
Included in your rental is a weekly maid service, bed linen and towels for bathroom use only. We can arrange for you to be met at the airport by a private vehicle although there is a small charge for this service.
Further details outdoors: The villa is on a private site shared with two other Villas. There is a large pool with a children's paddling pool area and paved surround with ample shaded veranda complete with tables and chairs for dining alfresco.
The gardens are fully enclosed and safe for children to play in.

• Welcome Pack • Airport transfers direct to our villa in comfortable air-conditioned mini-bus or car. • English speaking local representative who will be on hand to give advice on local amenities and can arrange tours, car rental, etc. • 24 hour emergency local contact • Linen, Towels & weekly cleaner provided • Bookings must be accompanied by a £150 per week deposit. • The balance, plus a refundable £200 security deposit (separate cheque please) must be paid at least 8 weeks prior to the rental date. • Provisional booking can be made by telephone or email with a secure deposit, dates will be held for 7 days while awaiting payment, if payment is not received the dates will be open for enquiry. • Rental Period: The rental period commences at 1600hrs, local time on the day of arrival. The villa must be vacated by 1100hrs local time on the day of departure. We understand that flights are not always around these times, and will do our best to accommodate you accordingly. If you departure is later in the day you will need to pack all personal items and vacate bedrooms, so that the cleaners can have access to the villa to prepare for the next visitors. We hope you understanding this is necessary and our cleaners will try to be as quick as possible. • A Refundable Security Deposit of £200 per booking is required at the time of final payment to be held as a deposit against any breakages or damages. This deposit will be returned to you within 28 days of your departure after we have received confirmation from our local agents that our villa has been left in a good order and the keys have been returned. An inventory will be taken before and after each booking. • Smoking is NOT permitted inside the villa; this is for the comfort of all future guests. • At no time are animals permitted on the premises. • Pool: Please be considerate of neighbouring guests and residents when using the pool area particularly in the evening. Topless sunbathing is not permitted. Don’t forget you are in a Muslim country. Be discrete do not offend the locals. Guests are requested not to allow unsupervised children to use the pool at any time. • Key collection: Around 3 weeks prior to your departure date providing that final payment has been received specific instructions as to our villa’s location and arrangements for key collection will be sent by post or email.
