About the home

Sleeping 8 persons Villa Rose has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms and one non air-conditioned bedroom located in its basement. Enclosed in its garden is a 35m2 private pool and outdoor seating area in a traditional Turkish style Kosk. Table and chairs to seat 6 on the patio. Equipped with all that you would need for an enjoyable holiday, From town you can take a boat or a bus to either end of the famous Iztuzu beach.

The villas master bedroom has a double bed and is air-conditioned, as is the second bedroom with two singles. There is a bedroom down in the basement which has 4 single beds and is an ideal place for the kids to sleep. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need during your stay, and the living room has a comfortable sitting area with TV and DVD for the kid to which movies when its too hot outside.

The garden has a West-facing aspect which is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful sunsets over the nearby mountains.

The pool is 40m sq, which a large pool for a private villa and ideal for swimming, or just splashing around. The depth is between 1.6M and 1.8M. Please note that there is no separate children's pool.

The garden has a large paved area for relaxing by the pool and is also planted with a variety of mediterranean plants, such as palms, bougainvillea, jasmine and fruit trees.

A 30% non refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining payment to be made upon arrival

A breakage payment of 200 GBP is to made paid separately. This will be returned after the villa inspection.
Guests are advised to replace any damaged items themselves as it will work out cheaper than the agent replacing them.

Conditions

In order to reserve a nonrefundable 30% deposit is required with the remainder paid once you've settled into the villa.

A welcome pack with essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar etc can be supplied for your arrival. Please contact us if you would require one. Additional cost of 15 GBP

We can accept payment by bank transfer.

This wonderful unspoilt area of Turkey is the perfect place to enjoy the relaxing and exotic culture of Turkey.
Not only is this area ideal for nature/wildlife seekers but also offers the historic and adventurous traveller many exciting opportunities to get out there and explore what's on offer. Not to forget the many sandy beaches and coves to explore.

This region is a conservation area and therefore not spoilt by endless building and construction.

The climate is outstanding, expect clear blue skies and perfect sunshine. A refreshing breeze can be felt from the river.

The Dalyan area

Dalyan offers breathtaking nature, not to forget the generous and outstanding hospitality of the locals. It forms the perfect retreat for the young, old, families and couples.

No over-crowding like neighbouring resorts like Marmaris and Fethiye, although only a 45 minute drive away.

No high rise buildings, just villas and traditional village houses all surrounded by an abundance of fruit trees, greenery and mountains.

Why not experience one of the many restaurants on the river and experience the historic and famous king tombs sculptured into the mountains, lit up a night time - a perfect picture opp!
Dalyan has many things on offer to see and do, here is a list of some of the favourites:
*Mud baths/Thermal Springs. A chance to make yourselves look 10 years younger!! The Turks truly believe in the muds skin healing qualities.

*A visit to ancient city of Caunos. Just stand quietly and feel the history.
*Boat trip up to the lake or to the beach. A perfect opportunity to catch those rays and see the true beauty of nature as you sail through the bush reeds. Don't forget to look out for the flying fish and dolphins. Taking a snorkel is a must.
*Scuba diving and sea- fishing.
*Local market. Your bartering head is needed for this. A good bargain or two can be picked up.
*Horse-riding
*White water rafting on the Dalaman river
