About the home

Villa Busra is a newly completed private villa with all the facilities you would expect for a relaxing holiday in the sun.

Downstairs is traditionally open plan with a well equipped modern kitchen, lounge and dining area. Two sets of double doors lead out onto the pool terrace with views towards the mountains. There is also a downstairs en suite bedroom with its own terrace over looking the front garden. This is ideal for those with mobility issues.

Upstairs there are three ensuite bedrooms, two double and one twin with either a balcony or a Juliet balcony as in the case of the twin bedroom.

The private garden has a good sized swimming pool, children's pool, bbq and shower. The garden is laid to lawn with trees and shrubs.

Transfers and flights are not included in the rental rate. We can however arrange a transfer for you which is then paid by yourselves locally.

A booking is confirmed once a non refundable deposit of 10% is paid and the booking form completed.

The Dalyan delta is a world renowned conservation area made famous as a protected area for the Loggerhead turtle that nests on nearby Iztuzu beach. As a result no building has been allowed on the beach. Water taxi's take visitors to the beach through the read beds of the Dalyan delta, a trully memorable trip.

The Dalyan / Gulpinar area

Villa Busra is located in the Gulpinar area which lies on the northern edge of Dalyan. The main street of Dalyan with all the shops, bars and restaurants is only a 15 minute level walk, yet there are nearby shops and restaurants that the visitor may like to try rather than heading for the main street.
