3 Bedroom villas(sleeps 6) has 3 bathrooms of which 2 are en-suite .They are furnished to a modern taste.Villas are built in 2010-11 with complete heat isolation and air-conditioning supplying maximum comfort at holiday.Villas are placed at the best location in Dalyan's riverside,at the center and only minutes away from town's amenities , yet very tranquil.Shared pool of 60 sq m cleans on daily basis.
Private pier in front of villas for your boat or for hopping on and off the river boats. Enjoy fishing while you are served from your house. Villas are well equipped. Free internet access available. All villas has private terrace and balconies, which mostly has riverside view. All 3 bedroom villas have stone fireplaces,washing machines and dishwashers.

Private pier in front allows you to use river boats,canoes and dinghies.Fameous
mud bath is just 200 mt at the opposite site of river, and it takes 5 minutes to reach there by a dinghy or canoe.
Iztuzu beach is about 40 minutes by a river boat taken from front.Port of ancient Kaunos city is about 10 minutes by a river boat.
