We have 2 two bedroom and 3 three bedroom villas at riverside houses.26 People can stay in all of them at once.Owner makes some discounts for group bookings according to the conditions. Villas have placed at the best place of Dalyan Town, and gives chance to make holiday with a group of friends or relatives.

Dalyan is the one of the famous places for holiday in Turkey.Our villas are located at the best place in town center and by the riverside.All restaurants,bars,markets and town's other amenities are within 5 minutes walking distance from villas.

Private pier in front allows you to use river boats,canoes and dinghies.Fameous
mud bath is just 200 mt at the opposite site of river, and it takes 5 minutes to reach there by a dinghy or canoe.
Iztuzu beach is about 40 minutes by a river boat taken from front.Port of ancient Kaunos city is about 10 minutes by a river boat.

“wonderful holiday” Our stay at Riverside houses was very enjoyable. The house was very well equipped, modern and clean. Ibrahim spoke very good English and was most helpful. The 300 channel flat screen TV was not much use because there were no English channels apart from a couple of World News programmes. This would not have bothered us except the weather was patchy on the first week. It was good to have a washing machine, dishwasher etc. The pool was clean but there is no shallow part for children or for short people. There were some good restaurants close and it was only a short walk into town. The situation is ideal for the river and we did some fishing. It is a quiet and up-market area and the only noise on two nights was lovely Turkish live music from the hotel nearby. We will probably return at the end of the season.
