Honeybee Cottage is beautifully kept with careful decoration to a very high standard. It sleeps 4 to 6 people and a free travel cot and highchair can be provided for our younger guests if needed.
The Cottage is a short 5 minute walk from Aviemore Town Centre. Skiers and Hill Walkers can catch the bus to the Cairngorms at the end of the road.
Golfers make your way 500 Yards to the 1st tee of the new Spey Valley Championship Golf Course or just over the fence to MacDonald Spey Valley Golf and Country Club (Dalfaber) 9 hole golf course. There are also many more Scottish Golf Courses within the immediate area.
FREE pass to Spey Valley Golf and Country Club (formerly Known as Dalfaber Golf....) The family have the use of the facilities which include swimming, sauna, steam room, nine hole golf course, fishing, gymnasium and with small surcharge - snooker, badminton and In/Out door tennis.

The spacious living room is welcoming with its two large sofas one of which converts into an extremely comfortable bed. Free Broadband and Wifi, 42" Flat Screen Television, Free Sat Recorder, CD/Radio/Cassette player and a Package of Games for both children or adults alike. The Sunroom extension with its log burning stove, provides an extremely comfortable dining area for 6 or more guests. It nestles in a magical setting on the edge of the woods and affords many magnificent views of the distant Cairngorms. It is within pitching distance to the 9th green of the Golf Course and gives a fantastic observatory feel. Watching the wild life which includes Badgers, a variety of Birds and the occasional Deer popping its head over the fence.

In the heart of the Cairngorm National Park, at the foot of the Cairngorms, Honeybee Cottage is an ideal base for an active holiday. Excellent skiing and water-sports facilities are within a few minutes drive with opportunities for walking and cycling in addition to fishing and shooting
The Cairngorm ski center is around 10minutes drive away, and offers a range of pistes to suit all abilities.
For family skiing the Lecht Centre is ideal with magic carpet and well maintained slopes its ideal for beginners and intermediates alike
The ski season in Scotland typically runs from Christmas to April, but Scotland and its typical weather you can be skiing in June
Sailing, windsurfing, canoeing and kayaking are all on offer at Loch Morlich and Loch Inch all 15 minutes drive.
The Cairngorms and the ancient forests surrounding Aviemore are one of Britain's most beautiful wild places, with some of the most popular walking and hiking terrain in Scotland. There are a wide variety of designated routes suitable for walkers of all abilities.
The Cairngorms has an outstanding pedigree for fishing along the banks of the Spey River, there is a local fish farm for family's or permits can be bought for more serious fishing at various points in the local area.
Permits are available from Abernethy and Aviemore Angling Improvement association and Grantown association.

"Perfect wee cottage, pet friendly"
