Lovely home in the heart of the Cairngorms within the town of Aviemore.
All modern requirements, and fitted to a very high standard.
Relaxing and quiet environment with private gardens and private parking.
Few minutes to the best shops in Aviemore and the Dalfaber Sports and Leisure centre.
Cairngorm golf course minutes away. as well as immediate access to the Cycle path to Boat of Garten
The perfect location and this is proven by the number of returning guests.
Three bedrooms , 1 is the master and other two are twin bedded. Family bathroom
Additional bathroom/convenience downstairs and really smart kitchen with farmhouse table.
Deck at the back to soak up the summer rays and a super view right up to the Funicular at the top of the Cairngorm.
I prefer to have up to 4 people in the house since we keep it in top class order. I am happy if the extra folks are children or grandparents!!!!

"Clean and perfectly equipped property in an ideal Highland location"
We've had the pleasure of staying at Sunbury on numerous occasions and, as a family holiday let, it's just been perfect. Always spotlessly clean and well equipped and great internal storage, we would have no hesitation at all recommending this property. We're a family of four with two boys (10 & 13 ) and they just love it too.
The property is located in a new estate on the outskirts of Aviemore, it is simply the most perfect location to walk, cycle, amble into Aviemore and experience all manner of Highland opportunities.
We've enjoyed many holidays all over the world, but we just love returning to the peace and tranquility of Sunbury !

"Ideal Cairngorms Holiday Base"
The Sunbury property is in a quiet location, on a new estate, on the north side of Aviemore.
We found the house to be spotless and well kept.
The fixtures and fittings have all been tastefully chosen and it was a pleasure to stay there.
The garden is secluded with storage for bikes and the owners also have some bikes for guests use.
The town centre is just a 5min drive / 15-20 min walk from the house.
The cycle/walk path between Aviemore and Boat of Garten is right on your doorstep and is nice for a stroll/cycle at any time of day.
The Cairngorm Brewery is also nearby and is well worth a visit to pick up a few of their famous ales.
Aviemore is an ideal base for visiting attractions in the Cairngorms area. Our highlights were the varied walks (recommend Wade's Walk at Carrbridge), Strathspey Steam Railway, Rothiemurchus Estate (including Loch an Eilein), 9-hole golf course at Nethy Bridge, Funicular Railway, Highland Wildlife Park, and the Highland Folk Museum in Newtonmore.

Not sure I should be advertising this place, we don't want everyone to know about it!. What you get for the price is excellent. Top quality comfortable accommodation for my family. 3 bedrooms was ideal having a son and a daughter wanting separate rooms. Ideally situated to explore the Cairngorms and other areas of the Highlands and yet only a short walk to the facilities of Aviemore. We couldn't get back last year but we are desperate to go back this year.
