Suitable for couples. Beautiful riverside garden with sitting areas. Private parking with easy access and just three steps into property over a bridge. Maidenholm Forge Mill is a very historic building which has been sympathetically restored by ourselves and it used to be a working Forge. We have retained many of the original exterior features such as the water courses and the Waterwheels but the interiors are designed for your complete comfort. Our changeover day is Friday. Dalbeattie is surrounded by woodland and nestles in a valley with the The Dalbeattie Burn and the River Urr passing through,plentiful Salmon and Sea trout fishing available with day permits.TheTown has plentiful shops,restaurants and pubs all within walking distance plus a wonderful Museum dedicated to the Granite quarrying industry from which Dalbeattie gots its fame and friendly people
