About the home

One of the larger individually designed duplex apartments (of 12), but having the best and most spectacular views of all the apartments guaranteeing a holiday to remember. A spacious and luxurious apartment with several balconies, sleeping up to 6 people in comfort. There is very large living area which includes comfortable seating for everyone, which also incorporates a double sofa bed.

The apartment incorporates ground and first floor and has separate air conditioning units in each bedroom and the living area. The Bedrooms are on the Ground floor, so it close to the Pool, but far enough away not to be disturbed by anyone in the pool area. It is ideal for families or two couples. For alfresco dining, you can easily comfortably with plenty of room and eat meals on the balcony at the same time, or even inside with comfort. Ideal if you want to relax on your holiday.

There is working satellite TV so you can watch news, sports and other channels in English or Turkish if you wish, watch DVD's or just list to CD's.

Outside, there is a shared private Infinity pool (01 April to 01 November) with its own traditional Turkish Barbecue. Below the front of the pool area, providing a large area above to Sun-bathe, there is a covered Car Park. So if you want to hire a car, there is plenty of free parked in the shade.

Directly below the property is a "Turkish Boutique Hotel", where they provide free WIFI internet access, and you may go for breakfast, lunch, evening meal, or just drinks. They hold a "Traditional Turkish Night" some Friday Evenings during the year

The apartment overlooks the growing village of Sarigerme, with its many restuarants, bars and shops, on the hill, providing spectacular views. Far enough away from the village to provide a restful holiday, but close enough to access a more lively time if this is what you want.

The apartment is situated in the middle building of only 3 buildings on the ground and first floors. This gives easy access to the swimming pool and is situated above the local village, which is a 10 minute steep walk to the centre with its restaurant, bars, shops and Sunday market.

With its own balcony, It has a large modern kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and everything you need if you want to dine in. Off the large living area is another larger balcony. Ideal for alfresco dining with the most spectacular views over the sea, mountains, from Dalaman over 15km away to the far side of Sarigerme.

There is a third balcony the full length of the apartment outside the main bedroom.

There is a large covered car park below the large terrace of the large Infinity pool (80sq.m) with a 1.5m constant depth, which also incorporates a children's pool. Next to the pool there is a shared barbecue.

Reclining sunbeds are provided as well quite a few "toys" for the Pool.

Hilton Tennis and Driving Range now available - about 5 min drive away.

By Car, Sarigerme is 30 minutes from Dalyan, 20 minutes from Gocek, 40 min from Fethiye and 1hr 45mins from Marmaris

Sarigerme is a quiet unspoilt resort, with good quality restaurants, from fish restaurants to Turkish family restaurants and bars. There are a good collection of shops and a very good chemist. It has also been chosen to be Turkeys next "Golfing" centre. The development of the 18 hole golf course is ongoing but with no completion date!

By Domus (bus) it takes 20 min to get to Ortaca, which although is know as the “most boring town” does have a huge Market on Friday, and lots of shops. Regular bus services from here to pretty well the rest of Turkey can be taken.

Fethiye is a bustling harbour town situated on the southern Aegean Coast. 15km from here is the large late-medieval ghost town of Kaya Köyü ( Kaya Village ). 9 km is Hisaronu, Ovacik, both of which are very close to Olu Deniz, where the famous Blue lagoon is located.

At Dalyan you can find Mud baths, Rock tombs and Turtle beach. Microligh flights over Dalyan is also very popular!

The area is agricultural so the weather is normally very mild in winter (10-17c) Summers can get very hot (over40c) - but typically April is 21c, May 25c, June 38c, July/Aug 40c, Sep 35c, Oct 27c and Nov 21c. Winters can be wet, but summers are normally very dry.

The Dalaman / Sarigerme area

Sarigerme is noted for its natural, unspoilt beauty and its white sandy beaches. The village is located in SW Turkey, just 15 km from Dalaman International Airport; 55 km from Fethiye; 80 km from Marmaris; and 25 km from Dalyan. Sarigerme has been chosen for Turkey’s next golfing centre; new hotels and an 18-hole golf course is nearly completed.

Sarigerme is a quiet, unspoilt resort with lots of small shops, restaurants and bars at present. However, every Sunday there is a market (bazaar) in the main street just a 5 mins walk from the apartment. You can arrange all your trips and tours in Sarigerme and collection/return from the apartment is standard practice.

There is a beach, which lies along a sheltered bay of clear, warm water and against light woodland, just a stroll from picturesque shops, restaurants and cafes. Dolmus services run to Ortaca, where buses go to Fethiye and Marmaris.

The apartment It is situated in a quiet position with fantastic views, less than 10 minutes walk from the village centre with its shops, restaurants and bars. Sarigerme is an area of outstanding natural beauty and the beach area is a car free zone. As a result there is a free transfer service from the village to the beach.

We arrived home yesterday from your apartment and we wanted to tell you what a fantastic time we had. The apartment is brilliant and the views are amazing. The apartment was cleaned to the highest level and the pool area was very relaxing. We had some lovely lazy days by the pool and the apartment is excellently equip to have relaxing evenings too. Your apartment is very spacious and we loved the music. We had some really nice evenings playing the CDs and I must say the air-conditioning was a god send!! We enjoyed the easy atmosphere in Sarigarme so all in all we had an amazing holiday at your apartment. Hope to use it again some time soon (SJ - 2010)

I needed a break before returning for my final year at university and I certainly got it. Really relaxing, fantastic Sun, and just enough night life (and trips), to keep it interesting, without the need for a holiday to recover from the holiday when I got back. Great place to hang out. The weekly rates includes FREE end of stay apartment cleaning - only stays of 6 nights or less will incur a £35 charge for the end of stay clean.

Our agent (at no charge) will meet you at the apartment with a key and will be there to say goodbye and take your key when you leave. They can also arrange transfers from the airport to and from the apartment if required. Currently 3 (2011) or less people Taxi £30, 4+ people £35 each way Please ask when you book, and we can provide you with the details of this additional cost.
