The villa has all the facilities you might want for a relaxing holiday near the sea. The villa has two floors and a large roof terrace which has both shaded and open areas including garden furniture. The villa is decorated to a high standard and has a fully fitted kitchen with Bosch appliances.
To add to the comfort it has been fitted with air conditioning in all the main rooms.
There is plenty of room to relax in the open plan lounge and watch a DVD or read a book, or sit out on the lower screened terrace and enjoy a drink or two.

Dalaman / Sarigerme area
Located in Ortaca district Sarigerme is a natural attraction of the area. The lovely corner is worth seeing for its clean, very fine sands, shallow and clean sea and untouched environment. Sarigerme retains its relaxing atmosphere. The Sarigerme shore is perfect for those who love shallow sandy beaches, and the beaches are open to all. The specialty of the area is cool breezes on very hot days.
There is a main street which has boutiques, restaurants and bars but the main attraction has to be the very attractive sandy beach which hosts water sports, sunbeds and has a shady wooded picnic area, as well as a cafeteria.
How to get there
Fly to Dalaman Airport which is a mere 15 minutes from the villa complex by taxi or via a pre-arranged transfer. Car hire can be arranged via our property management partner at favourable rates. Local buses run between Sarigerme and the nearby towns of Dalaman etc.

Further details indoors: All the facilities in the villa are new as is the decor. There is extensive use of marble on the floors and in the bathroom. The kitchen is fully fitted with built in dishwasher, oven and hob and a large larder fridge/freezer.
Further details outdoors: The villa is part of a villa complex which has a cafe and small shop. There is a play area for small children plus a football pitch and basket ball area for the bigger kids. To get from the villa to the nearby blue flag beach at Sarigerme there is a private boat that is free to the guests which runs on a regular basis.

The rental includes use of the pool, boat and communal play areas. All villas have a small garden area around them but for sunbathing there is either the pool area or for complete privacy the roof terrace.
Please note that the villa complex is 2.5km from the main town of Sarigerme so you will either need a car or use taxis to get to town. From Sarigerme there are local buses that run to the other nearby towns.
