Pearl Apartment is one of the 4 apartments in one block with communal pool and garden.It is at the second floor with its large balconies where you can enjoy the sun and mountain views. It is located in a very quiet area walkable to Sarigerme village centre where there are shops, bars,restaurants and night-life.
The property is very close to the famous Sarigerme Beach. Sarigerme is an area of outstanding natural beauty and the beach area is a car free zone. As a result there is a free transfer service from the village to the beach. It is also only 15 minutes to the larger towns such as Dalyan and Dalaman.
The property has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms ideal for families or groups. It is equipped very well for the guests' needs during their stay and the garden and pool are kept maintained daily by a professional gardener.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
The Turquoise Coast (Lycia) is well known for its stunning scenery with clear blue sea, and sandy coves framed by dramatic mountains.
The history of Lycia is fascinating, rock tombs are everywhere and there are many sites to visit.The main towns in the south west part of Lycia include Dalaman and Dalyan. Mediterranean climate with hot, dry summers and warm, wet winters.
Temperatures are approximately 35 C in summers and usually not less than 12 C in winters. Seawater temperature is hardly below 17 C all year round rising to over 25 C in the summer.
Dalaman / Sarigerme area
Located in Ortaca district Sarigerme is a natural attraction of the area. The lovely corner is worth seeing for its clean, very fine sands, shallow and clean sea and untouched environment.
It offers a variety of watersports including sailing, jet skiing, windsurfing, kite surfing, canoes, ringoes, banana boats, paragliding and scuba diving.
The village is located just 25 km from Dalyan with its famous historical sites, rock-tombs, and mud baths. The village is well connected and dolmus services run to the local town of Ortaca, where buses go to Fethiye and Marmaris.There are number of historical sights and places of interest around Dalaman such as the ancient city of Kaunos a few kilometres away, Lycean rock tombs and many natural thermal Springs in the area.
