The Venus Apartment is a beautiful, two bedroom apartment sleeping up to six people. (In addition to two bedrooms 2 further sleeping places can be created on the upper floor level). It incorporates ground and first floor, is fully air conditioned and furnished in a contemporary style. Ideal for families or two couples.
It is located on a hill, 5-10 minutes’ walk from the centre of Sarigerme. Quiet and peaceful, yet only fifteen minutes from the larger towns such as Dalyan and Dalaman, the apartment has access to Sarigerme amenities, including the local weekly market for bargain hunting, shops, restaurants and bars and the beautiful beaches.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
Turquoise Coast is noted for its fine beaches and beautiful scenery. The main towns in the south west part of Lycia include Dalaman and Dalyan.
Mediterranean climate with hot, dry summers and warm, wet winters.
Temperatures are approximately 35 C in summers and usually not less than 12 C in winters. Seawater temperature is hardly below 17 C all year round rising to over 25 C in the summer.
Dalaman / Sarigerme area
Sarigerme is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty just 15 minutes drive from Dalaman airport. It is a beach lovers paradise with a choice of three beautiful sandy beaches, set against a backdrop of pine trees, offering both seclusion and a variety of watersports including sailing and scuba diving.
Sarigerme has also been chosen as Turkey’s premier golfing centre; and the first 18-hole golf course is due to be completed in Autumn 2009. This, plus its close proximity to the airport makes Sarigerme an ideal choice for both a summer holiday and a long weekend or short golfing break throughout the year.
Sarigerme is a quiet, unspoilt resort with few small shops, restaurants and bars at present. However, every Sunday there is a market (bazaar) just a 5 mins walk from the apartment.
The village is located just 25 km from Dalyan with its famous historical sites, rock-tombs, and mud baths. The village is well connected and dolmus services run to the local town of Ortaca, where buses go to Fethiye and Marmaris.
There are number of historical sights and places of interest around Dalaman such as the ancient city of Kaunos a few kilometres away, Lycean rock tombs and many natural thermal Springs in the area.
Activities and sports include Saklikent (Hidden City) Gorge, canyoning, biking, Jeep safari, trekking, kayaking, scuba diving, canoeing on the Xanthos River. All of the above and other activities such as white water rafting, boat trips and other excursions can be arranged in the village.
Further afield are World Heritage sites such as Pamukkale and Ephesus.

Further details indoors: Leading from the living room is a balcony with sea views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco.
On the ground floor there is a utility room providing ample storage and washing machine.
The two showers have more than adequate hot water.
The large living area is very comfortable and generous and also capable of separating a space accommodating two extra sleepers.
Further details outdoors: The apartment is located in a small development comprising of three blocks and a total of twelve flats completed in 2008. It is situated in a quiet position a 10 minutes steep walk above the village centre with its shops, restaurants and bars.
The large pool - 80sq.m (1.5 m constant depth) and surrounding terrace is a particular feature with its fabulous views across the bay. There is also a children’s pool.
Reclining sunbeds and umbrellas are provided.
Next to the pool there is a shared barbecue.
Below the apartment there is a small, quiet boutique hotel offering breakfast and evening meals and internet access.
Under the apartment there are covered parking spaces.

The apartment may not be suitable for people with walking difficulties due to its positioning on a hill. However a car, taxi or a scooter can be hired in the village.

Transfers - to-from airport - can be arranged by us with our agent in Sarigerme at your request.
Keys will be issued by our representative on your arrival at the property.
Refundable breakages deposit of £50 required with your initial payment, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
Non-refundable deposit of 25% of rental fee due six weeks before your stay to secure booking and remaining 75% two weeks before your stay.
For short notice rents the full amount is to be paid in full before booking is confirmed.
Payment can be either personal cheques, or bank transfers which must be cleared before booking is confirmed.
For longer lets discounted rates will be considered.
