Home description
Situated on a complex with only 23 apartments. 10 minutes drive from the airport. There are 2 balconies, one overlooking the pool. The master balcony has stunning mountain views, for early morning breakfast in the sun.
All bedrooms have shutters. There are 2 bathrooms, one is en suite. They both have showers and a razor point. There is a safe in the master bedroom, and has fitted wardrobes and drawers.
One bedroom has two single beds, again with fitted wardrobes and drawers. Coat hangers provided. The third has a single bed and a chest of drawers.
All rooms have air-conditioning, these also act as heaters if it gets too chilly out of season.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
Turkeys Lycian coast or "Turkish Riviera" as it is often referred to, has something for everyone, beautiful mountains, turquoise lagoons,warm seas and beautiful sandy beaches. Makes an excellent choice for your holiday.
Eating out is a truly fabulous experience, service is very attentive, most larger restaurants tend to serve International food as well as Turkish cuisine.
The climate is typically Mediterranean, long hot summers and short mild winters, average recorded summer temp around 34 degrees Celsius, the area is also known for its cooling afternoon breeze.
Dalaman area
Dalaman is one fo the few coastal areas which is still relatively undeveloped and unspoilt, tourism is relatively new to the area consequently prices are lower than many of the other resort towns, meaning your money goes much further.
Dalamans location could not be better with many resort towns only a short drive away, the sophisticated marina town of Gocek is only 15 mins drive, Dalyan and Turtle beach 20 mins, and the very popular Fethiye less than 45 mins. There are plenty of local buses, taxis, and coaches available for those who wish not to drive.
Nearby excursions include para gliding, Jeep safari, white water rafting, Turkish bath and various boat trips all very reasonably priced. There are also many secluded beaches if you just want to get away from it all.
How to get there
The apartment is about 10 minutes drive from Dalaman airport, with direct flights from most UK airports. Budget airline Easy Jet fly direct to Dalaman airport.
Taxis are available, car hire is recommended and can be arranged for you. The car hire company we use is generally happy to pick you up from the airport. The current rate is about £20 per day, he is happy to accept YTL or GBP.

Further details indoors: TThe lounge and kitchen are open plan. There are 2 sofas and a chair which double as beds. There is a TV, DVD player, play station and CD player. There are plenty of DVDs and CDs and play station games for the children,also a selection of books and games.
Maps, information leaflets for activities and a rough guide to Turkey are available.
The property is equipped with iron and ironing board, washing machine, hoover, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, crockery, cutlery and glasses. In addition there is a cool bag and ice packs to use on days out. There is also basic first aid box if required.
The apartment is a 5 minute walk to a small shop and 10 minutes to a larger supermarket. The bus stop is also approximately 5 minutes walk. There are a number of restaurants in the town, banks and ATM's, also there is a internet cafe in town.
Dalaman is a Turkish working town, which is easily accessible to a number of tourist locations. The nearest beach is 5* Sarigerme, which is approximately 15 minutes drive and is also a blue flag beach. There is a golf course currently under development.
Further details outdoors: There is an enclosed garden and a pool. There are also 2 sunbeds and mats for the apartment, as well as communal ones available. there is also a communal BBQ.
There is balcony furniture and a small gas BBQ for an intimate balcony occasion.
