New penthouses in a very nice park with beautiful swimming pools. The penthouses have 2 levels.
On the 1st level there are 2 bedrooms (1 with a balcony), 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a livingroom (with a big balcony). On the 2nd level there is a bedroom, a bathroom, a small kitchen and a very big terrace.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

The park (Botanic Gardens) is surrounded by fields and Mountains and is ideal for just relaxing by a Large Pool. But for those wishing to explore Southern Turkey it coudn't be easier. Approx 1hr drive ( 1 hr 45 approx ) by local Bus is the famous resorts of Olu Deniz and Mamaris and only 15 mins drive to Sarigerme Beach with its Bars, Restaurants and Shops. The Beautiful Marina of Gocek with lots of Restaurants, Bars, Shops and Local Market is only 10 mins Drive ( or Bus ride ). Dalyan is only 25 mins away and is the home of the ancient city of Caunus, Boat Trips, Mountain Walks, Cycling, White water Rafting and the famous Mud Baths. Iztuzu Beach in Dalyan is one of the few places in the World the Sea Turtle come to lay their eggs.

The Dalaman area

Dalaman is an unspoilt traditional Turkish farming town but Dalaman is fast becoming a popular area because of its proximity to the airport and beach. In the town centre there are many amenities such as a weekly market, supermarket shopping facilities and an array of restaurants and bars.

There is also the little known Sarsala Beach near Kapicargi which is just a short drive through the mountains, a little further but well worth it for the stunning views.

“Fantastic Apartments” Stayed here end of August for two weeks. Apartments were very well equipped with everything you needed for a holiday. Some staff were helpful, however it seemed that others were less so. Cannot fault the owner, cannot remember her name but she was genuinely very welcoming. The pool and bar area was visually superb, but once again it seemed that certain members of staff working the bar were not too interested in being friendly. The location was unfortunately a little too far from civilization, being a good half hour walk into Dalaman along deserted dust roads, which wouldn't be good in 40 degrees. However the complex does offer a free shuttle into town and other areas every morning, although there is only one and if you miss it, its a taxi ride in. As a whole I would say that Dalaman has still a long way to go to becoming a tourist resort as the locals, although not rude, are not over the top friendly compared with other towns that we visited

“Apartment was dirty on arrival” I arranged a tai though Theo with turkey Holiday Rentals as i was arriving late at night and alone as my husband was joining me the following day. (an overpriced taxi also) I was under the impression that the driver he sent would have keys but i was wrong When i arrvied at the apartment there was no body on security and i had to wait almost 45 minutes until someone arrived and let us in the apartment block. I was not impressed as i was tired. The apartment was very dusty and not clean, toiletries left from previous occupant etc and you could write your name in the dust on the tables and floor. bed were not made as i was not sure if the sheets that were left crumped on the bed were clean or not - so i was cleaning and washing sheet all night. When we departed the manager said she nned to know our arrival date as this was not in the book - not surprised that i dont think they knew we were coming was the reason it was not clean - I did email Theo on return but no compensation offered . I met other people that have apartments here and seen them and they are very nice the place is nice just not this apartment . The food here is good and the family that run the bar/restaurant are very helpful - the mini bus service was not available the first week fo some reason and the indoor pool closed Response: Although we had over 15 tenants staying in our house during this season (2011) we never received any other complaints about the cleaning of the apartment. Nevertheless we've emphasized with the management of Botanic Gardens that the houses should be impeccable at arrival of our guests in order to avoid any future complaints. As for the key-handling we can only say that the reception isn't manned all night long. Therefore we arranged that the keys can be obtained at the security service in case of an arrival in the middle of the night. The man running the security service however has to do his job and it might be possible that he's performing his security check in the resort the moment guests are arriving at Botanic Gardens. But again, this might only happen in case of an arrival in the middle of the night. Besides this we're now providing the management of Botanic Gardens with weekly overviews containing the name, arrival- and departure time of our guests. As a whole it must have been an agreeable stay regarding the fact we've been asked to make an offer for a four week stay in 2012.
