Within easy reach are Dalaman 10 minutes, Gocek 15 minutes, Fethiye 35 minutes, Ola Deniz 50 minutes and Dalayan 20 minutes. Marmaris is about 90 minutes away. As far as holiday types, you can laze around the pool for your time there, go touring to the places above plus many more on the coast road. Boat trips available at Fethiye, Gocek. Beach activities at Ola Deniz.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
Dalaman is one of the few coastal areas which is still relatively undeveloped and unspoilt. The Turkish government has now released its plans for the tourist development of three very large areas. The three areas have been allocated for 'Golf City', 'Health Resort' and 'Nature Park', these will incorporate golf courses (one already being built for 2010), man made lake, parks, holiday village, sports areas, climbing, horse riding, trekking plans are also in place to build a ski resort in 2010 near Fethiye and much more.
The Hilton Worldwide resort is now open. A 1 day all inclusive pass is €100 all you can eat and drink included. The Hotel is amazing. The golf course is now under way and will open July 2010.
The plans are huge and the project is set out over the next 3-4 years. Once completed Dalaman will be one of the major touristic towns in Turkey. The Marina construction starts in 2010, along with around 5-6, 5 or 6 star Hotels (Hilton being the 1st) these are 15 minutes drive away, so Dalaman will remain the same quiet and peaceful and very reasonably priced shops and restaurants.
Dalaman / Sarigerme area
The town itself is inland and remains predominantly Turkish, with basic English spoken in most of the cafes and restaurants. Tourism is relatively new to the area. The town has much to offer, with an abundance of shops, restaurants serving delicious traditional dishes, small bars, tea gardens and the beach at Sarigerme only 15 minutes drive from the town, there is plenty to do and see.
Dalaman's location could not be better, with many resort towns only minutes drive away, the sophisticated marina town of Gocek is only a 15 min. drive, Dalyan only 20 min. drive and the popular resorts towns of Marmaris an hours drive, and Fethiye just a 35 min. drive away.
There is plenty of transport available, with taxis and a new bus station offering buses and dolmus to each area regularly. Facilities are good doctors and a hospital available.
How to get there
Dalaman Airport has both international and budget airlines flying in on a daily basis. Flights available from all the major Uk airports, with some flights all year round. Car Hire is available from the airport. We can recommend a reliable and reasonable company who we use personally. Airport transfers are available from the development and could be arranged. Or a taxi will cost around £15 to the development.

Further details indoors: On the 1st floor is a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Spacious lounge with air conditioning, leading to a balcony overlooking the pool area, with a back drop of mountains. From the lounge is a modern kitchen which has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The 2 bedrooms are located at the back of the apartment, the main bedroom has an en-suite it also has a balcony where you have more breathtaking mountain views, the other bedroom has a twin room next to the main bathroom. Both bedrooms have Wardrobes and draws sufficient for your holiday. The safe is in the main bedroom. The apartment is very light with the added benefit of windows in all rooms. Upstairs is the self contained Penthouse with the Roof Solarium. A double bedroom, with en-suite and kitchenette.
Further details outdoors: The development has an indoor pool, with Gym and Sauna. There is also a bar and restaurant on site. Another added benefit is there will be residents on site who will assist you with directions or recommendations which helps you settle in quickly once you arrive. The development also has a shuttle bus FOC for guests going to places like Serigerme, Dalyan, Dalaman on differing days of the week. Airport transfers can be arranged return for up to 6 people for only £25.

ALL PRICES HAVE BEEN REDUCED FOR 2009 BY 10% We would consider long term lets during the winter and Spring months so please enquire. Short breaks are possible but would carry a premium daily rate. We will require a £75 per week deposit at the time of booking, unless less than 6 weeks before departure where we will expect full payment to be made. At the time of booking we would ask for a bond payment to be made, dependant on time booked is the amount charged, for example a long term let would have to pay a larger bond. This is a no smoking apartment and trust people will treat as such. Airport transfers can be arranged if you require them. We have a recommended car hire company we personally use if you wish for their details please ask.

Payment terms are £75 per week deposit paid at the time of booking.
Full payment due 6 weeks before date of travel. Keys will be issued 2-3 weeks before departure.
A £100 bond will be paid along with full payment.
This will be returned within 2 weeks of your return, once we have it confirmed that the apartment has no damage from our inventory check that will take place on leaving.
Payment can be either personal cheques, which must be cleared before keys are issued, or bank transfers again once cleared then keys will be issued if less that 6 weeks.
For longer lets discounted rates will be considered.
For last minute bookings so less than 4 weeks before date of travel a discounted rate would be considered.
We will arrange cleaning on your behalf paid by the client.

We bought this apartment without seeing it, mad maybe, but it is breathtakingly beautiful, 360 degree views and finished to the highest quality. Eating out is very reasonable 4 people £35 including drinks.
Peacock family Sept 09 - This is the most relaxing place, great apartment and facilities (BBQ and quiz nights during the week), 28- 32 degrees all week who could ask for more. Restaurants come and collect you with prices that are 1/3 the price of the UK, shuttle bus FOC. The surrounding areas are very nice with fantastic views. We would highly recommend and we will book again for next year and take our friends who will have the penthouse!
Canetti family - May 09. Fantastic place amazing views, apartment roomy and bright, staff on site really helpful. The area is unspoilt, restaurants come and collect you from the development and bring you home. Amazing value for money in terms of the whole holiday package. 7 of us eating out and drinking £40- £70. Recommended for all age groups its really does suit all.
Helen Iwan July 09 - What a beautiful apartment and fantastic location, development is lovely swimming pool area very safe, nice restaurant and bar area. Shuttle bus FOC is a nice bonus. The staff on site are friendly and welcoming and only too pleased to advise. Local restaurants are really nice with great service the table is yours for the night unlike busier resorts. Many locations within 15 minutes drive, Dalyan, Gocek, Serigerme to name a few. we would highly recommend and we will book again later in the year.
