Home description
The apartment is situated in an idyllic setting next to a protected forest of maple trees. Just a few minutes walk from the local supermarket, and the local bakery where you can buy fresh, warm, crusty bread in the morning for breakfast. An internet cafe is also within a few minutes walk.
A relaxing holiday, or an active holiday, the choice is yours.
You will be met shortly after your arrival by one of our English speaking representatives; either at the airport if you choose us to arrange your car hire or airport transfer, or on arrival at the apartment. They can arrange trips, transport, car hire, airport transfers, and will help you in the unlikely event of any emergency.
For those not wishing to hire a car the nearest public transport passes within a few minutes walk of the apartment, and there are restaurants within walking distance should you not wish to cook every night. Our local contacts will point you in the right direction, or you can arrange transport through them, or even catering through them.

The cost of living in Turkey is lower than in much of Europe so your money goes a lot further, and further still if you remember to haggle.
Eating here is a truly fabulous experience. The service is attentive even in little side street kebab kiosks. Most larger restaurants tend to serve international as well as Turkish cuisine. Be careful you don’t eat too much of the complimentary warm bread, or you won’t be able to eat your main course!
Climate Dalaman has typically Mediterranean weather – long, hot, dry summers and short, mild winters. Average recorded summer temperatures reaching around 33 degrees Celsius. This area is also known for its cool afternoon breeze.
Dalaman area
With a backdrop of mountains and forests Dalaman is one of the few coastal areas, still relatively undeveloped and unspoilt. The town remains predominantly Turkish with a mixture of traditional sights, sounds, and fragrances certain to excite the senses.
Dalaman has a range of shops and small bars, along with cafes and restaurants serving delicious traditional dishes. Basic English is spoken in most of the cafes and restaurants. As tourism is relatively new to the area prices here are lower than in many of the resort towns.
There is plenty of transport available, with taxis and the new bus station offering regular buses and Dolmus to each area. Or we can help you arrange car hire.
The stunning Sarigerme Blue Flag beach is reached within 15 minutes.
The location of Dalaman could not be better, with many resort towns within a short distance. The sophisticated marina town of Gocek is only a 15 minute drive, Dalyan 20 minutes, and the popular resort town of Fethiye can be reached within 45 minutes.

Further details indoors: The triple aspect lounge/diner leads to a large balcony overlooking the pool. Ideal for open air dining.
The master bedroom has its own balcony, a kingsize bed, and en suite bathroom. There is also a large family bathroom.
All three bedrooms and the lounge/diner have airconditioning. If, however, you're not fond of air conditioning you can open up the doors and windows, all are fitted with mosquito screens, and allow the cool Dalaman breeze to flow through the apartment.
A few DVDs are provided, but you may like to take a few of your own. Turkey is the same region as the UK - region 2.
Further details outdoors: The pool has a jacuzzi and children's splash pool. There is room around the pool for sunbathing. The area is surrounded by walling and a lockable gate.
NB The pool may not be open during low season, please check with owner.
