About the home

The Royal Links Villa is located just a 15 minutes' walk from Sarigerme's white sandy beach, and just 7 minutes walk to the town. Quiet and peaceful, yet only 20 minutes drive to the larger resort of Dalyan and only 50 minutes from the larger towns such as Marmaris and Fethiye, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local Sarigerme shops, Sunday market for bargain hunting, and many excellent bars restaurants for eating out.

The villa benefits from its own private pool, terrace area and BBQ in the garden. Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with stunning sea views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With two double and one twin bedroom, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The villa has a private garden but within the large grounds of The Royal Links there are free facilities such as Sauna, Gym, tennis court, children's play area and a communal pool, bar and BBQ area.

The villa is of open plan style. Large in size.. downstairs consists of living area, dining area and large L-shaped kitchen. The terrace wraps around the front of these areas with three patio doors leading to it. There is a downstairs W.C. Upstairs there are three good size bedrooms, the master being an en suite. All bedrooms have a balcony and all have sea view

The villa has a private driveway located next to the front door.
The walk / drive to the villa is quite steep.
The villa has many areas outside to enjoy the fantastic sea view. The wrap around terrace gives plenty of opportunity to enjoy the sunshine or the shade which ever you prefer. There is an out door pool large in size with sunbathing area. There is also a bbq and out door shower.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

This stretch of coastline is one of the most beautiful in Turkey. The Pine clad mountains drop straight into the turquoise sea. The temperature is fantastic in May June September and October and if you love the heat then July and August is for you. Sarigerme has the most wonderful sea breeze so no matter when you come you will always be comfortable.

There is much to see and do in the area, Sarigerme Town is a few minutes walk away which has everything you could need and in under a 40 minute drive you can get to Dalyan Gocek and Fethiye. Day trips from Sarigerme or a car hire means you can explore the area with ease.

The Dalaman / Sarigerme area

Sarigerme beach is just a 15 minute walk and is the height of activity. Every water sport is there including sailing windsurfing and kite surfing. There are many other activities in the area including walking, cycling, bird watching, white water rafting and then all the usual fun day trips such as Jeep safari, day trips out at sea and coach trips to local historical points of interest. If you do hire a car then there are many quiet bays within easy reach.

“top of the hill” I have been lucky enough to stay at " Josy " twice . Its a fantastic villa with stunning views . The villa it kitted out with everything you need to keep you up the hill . That said the village is only 10 mins stroll away and has plenty of bars ,shops etc. If you want a truelly peaceful holiday this is the place ,sitting on the deck as the sun goes down is to mind one of the best views i have had ever . The owners have decorated the place lovely ,,the pool is awesome and theres tv,playstations ,cd,players its just fantastic. Cannot wait to go again . Just a foot note the staff at the complex are just so friendly and helpful which just add,s to the whole experience ..

“i will return again & again” after a particularly hard year i was looking for somewhere with peace and quiet close to more life should i require it. JOSY VILLA IS IT! From the very second i walked through the front door i was blown away by the palatial surroundings-from the superb internal finish, decour and furnishings to the magnificent outdoor balconies, patio and private pool area where lazy days were mainly spent-the only visitor being the man who came every morning to maintain the pool and keep it the the same exacting standard. the town is a gentle 10 minute stroll away and has everything i needed-friendly bars,shops & restaurants of a very good standard also. Yes there is a steep hill to access the property but i soon got used to it and every step is worth it for the location and views. i have already booked to return in may 2012 and cannot wait.
