About the home

The villa consists of two floors, the second floor apartment is for rent disposal during whole year, with privat entrance from the garden. The ground floor is for the owner. However, during summer when the owner is not present, both floors can be rented for big families. The ground floor might be also rented separately for the same price as upstairs.
The ground floor consists of one bedroom 2 + 1 extra bed, complete hygienic facilities, comletely equipped kitchen, living room with expendable sofa is also available suitable for two children. The villa is located on the border of Beduin area and shopping centre, so you can enjoy pristine life among Beduins and not yet being deprived of amenities of modern life.

Seclusion from hustle and bustle of modern life, the apartment is well suited for couples intending to spend nice romantic days together. However, not only for them.

The apartment is equipped with protruding terrace, which is very pleasant especially during sunny winter days. The whole floor is covered with ceramic tiles.

There are also 2 sunbeds at your disposal. The apartment is furnished in Beduin style (carpets, blankets, covers etc.) to keep in touch with the indigenous population of Sinai. The kitchen is equipped with hot and cold water dispenser. A/C in bigger double bedroom.

The garden is shared with the owner, but the beautiful terrace is all yours.

Rent per day is 38 EUR for the property regardless of the number of persons, however long-term rentals are considered (2 months at least), 350 EUR per month.
In case of extra long-term rent the price is competitive.
Additional final cleaning: 20 EUR
Additional middle cleaning for longer stay than 1 week on request: 8 EUR
Price is including water, electricity and local taxes

A/C is 5 EUR supplement per night

The Red Sea Riviera/Sinai region

Sinai is well known for its still indigenous Beduin tribes, which emerge from the sands of Saudi Arabia centuries ago. However, present day Sinai is more famous for its beach resorts like Sharm el-Sheikh, Taba, Nuweiba etc. One of the most stunning characteristic of this region is its almost untouched coral reefs. Therefore, divers from around the world are attracted to this site.

The Dahab area

Dahab is mostly frequented by foreign diving community. You will find the local divers to be one of the most helpful, cheerful people you have ever met. Dahab is very famous for its beaches, laid-back atmosphere and famous diving and snorkelling site Blue Hole.

Dahab is becoming more and more popular with surfing enthusiasts due to numerous windy days during the year. Another attraction which drives not only tourists but especially pilgrims is the proximity of the Saint Catherine and Mountain of Moses, where according to the Bible, he received ten commandments from God. Local area is suitable especially hiking and local beduins would be more than happy to arrange an overnight safari for you with typical meal included. For those fond of partying, small celebration in steep Sinai mountains and valleys might be arranged.

Should you be in a need of more serene holidays, there are also yoga and tai chi classes available along with newly opened beutifully decorated tee house. In the vicinity of Dahab in the famous Blue Lagoon, those who are interested in water skiing might do so there. For more adventurous types also paragliding in the beautiful scenery of Sinai mountains is available.

“Excellent” We stayed in "Tony's Villa" for 2 weeks and it was one of the best holidays we have had !!!! The apartment was great ! It was not big but was very clean, nicely furnished; comfortable, very cozy with guaranteed privacy and not to forget - very, very excellent value. (Perfect for a couple). Kitchen is equipped with all you need to prepare your meals. The best part was a beautiful terrace (covered in ceramic tiles) and the garden on the main floor which can be shared with Tony. The view from the terrace was stunning! Tony was very helpful for any of our inquiries of the area , suggesting daily activities or pointing out the shopping for our needs. The apartment is located on the edge of the Beduin Village and is approximately a 5 minutes walk to the beach. You can enjoy a nice walk down the promenade and explore the shops and chose one of the beachside restaurants and bars. We recommend "CARN INN" with fine european cuisine. You can lay on the comfy settees at any establishment beside the sea and enjoy cool drinks ; also try to swim right from the site. Your belongings are safe with the waiters while you swim. Or you can try snorkeling which Dahab is famous for (as is diving). After the beach day, you can try "sheesha" in Tony's place.
