The villa consists of two floors, the second floor apartment is for rent disposal during whole year, with privat entrance from the garden. The ground floor is for the owner. However, during summer when the owner is not present, both floors can be rented for big families. The ground floor might be also rented separately for the same price as upstairs. The ground floor consists of one bedroom 2 + 1 extra bed, complete hygienic facilities, comletely equipped kitchen, living room with expendable sofa is also available suitable for two children. The villa is located on the border of Beduin area and shopping centre, so you can enjoy pristine life among Beduins and not yet being deprived of amenities of modern life.
Seclusion from hustle and bustle of modern life, the apartment is well suited for couples intending to spend nice romantic days together. However, not only for them.

Dahab area
Dahab is mostly frequented by foreign diving community. You will find the local divers to be one of the most helpful, cheerful people you have ever met. Dahab is very famous for its beaches, laid-back atmosphere and famous diving and snorkelling site Blue Hole.
Dahab is becoming more and more popular with surfing enthusiasts due to numerous windy days during the year. Another attraction which drives not only tourists but especially pilgrims is the proximity of the Saint Catherine and Mountain of Moses, where according to the Bible, he received ten commandments from God. Local area is suitable especially hiking and local beduins would be more than happy to arrange an overnight safari for you with typical meal included. For those fond of partying, small celebration in steep Sinai mountains and valleys might be arranged.
Should you be in a need of more serene holidays, there are also yoga and tai chi classes available along with newly opened beutifully decorated tee house. In the vicinity of Dahab in the famous Blue Lagoon, those who are interested in water skiing might do so there. For more adventurous types also paragliding in the beautiful scenery of Sinai mountains is available.

There are also 2 sunbeds at your disposal. The apartment is furnished in Beduin style (carpets, blankets, covers etc.) to keep in touch with the indigenous population of Sinai. The kitchen is equipped with hot and cold water dispenser. A/C in bigger double bedroom.
