Stretching Northward, the beach travels for some 3/4?s of a mile – an open, gently shelving, golden sandy beach – nurtured and protected by the volunteers from the National Trust. One of the most intimate, quiet and picturesque beaches on our North Coast it just calls on you to explore its shores, Summer and Winter.

The property looks over the seafront, all of the accommodation is based on the ground floor and is accessed through your own front door. The living area is large and spacious with an open fire (ready to light), sofas, wooden hardwood floor throughout and dining and kitchen area , which has all the facilities you will need on holiday. Leading through to two bedrooms, a double and a twin (2 single beds). The main bedroom has a double bed with patio doors leading to a small patio area, flat screen TV and an en-suite shower room. The twin is perfect for guests with luxury finishes. There is a seperate bathroom. All of the finer details have been thought of from the crisp quality bedlinen, goose down filled quilts to beach towels and luxury handmade organic Irish soap.

"All you could ask for"

If you want peace, beautiful scenery, and a lovely comfortable place to stay then Water's Edge is the place to go. The house was lovely and Breige has thought of everything right down to babies' bibs if you needed them. The village tea room has cakes and cheesecake to die for and the Chinese restaurant in Cushendall has lovely food which is great value for money. All in all we had a great holiday

"Excellent in every way"

The apartment was really nice, the view was unrivalled from the lounge.
The owner Breige went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect including a welcome basket with wheaten bread, butter etc.
Everything was immaculate.About 4 minutes walk from the pub and the post office/general store. The village is beautiful and in the centre of the most picturesque scenery.
Would definitely stay again.

"Location is wonderful, apartment is great, everything you need is there, and of course, the scenery is spectacular"

In the morning, look over to the beech and see if you will have it to yourself for a walk.

We love Murlough Bay - challenge your fitness and park at the top and walk down but remember its a long way back up!
