The Royal Penthouse is located on St. Maarten’s “Gold Coast” the southwestern coast of Dutch St. Maarten at Cupecoy.
The Royal Penthouse is the largest apartment on the island with an area of 630 m² or 6781 ft² and probably the nicest.

Located at the rooftop of THE CLIFF residence, it offers a panoramic view on the caribean sea, the simpsonbay lagoon, the french side, Anguilla, Saba, Statia and St-Kitts.

Leading from the living room is a spacious terrace with stunning sea views, furnished table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco.

This is the perfect place to contemplate the wonderful Caribbean sunset with sometimes a chance to see the famous green flash.

I'm so glad that Mexico had the swine flu or else we would have missed a trip to paradise! We had 3 couples that stayed in the penthouse and had the best time. The weather was unbelievable and all of the locals were more than nice! I would definitely go back and stay at the Cliffs in St. Maarten, it is a great experience - Can't wait to go back!

Truly paradise! We had an amazing time in Sint Maarten and it was mostly due to the paradise-like penthouse we stayed in. The place is magnificent, overlooking the gorgeous blue ocean, the owner is as friendly as ever and the surrounding areas are the safest/ most entertaining/ casinos, golf, shopping, upscale restaurants, nightclubs. If your going to stay in Sint Maarten, do it right. This is THE place to stay on Sint Maarten.
