The Royal Penthouse is located on St. Maarten’s “Gold Coast” the southwestern coast of Dutch St. Maarten at Cupecoy. The Royal Penthouse is the largest apartment on the island with an area of 630 m² or 6781 ft² and probably the nicest.
Located at the rooftop of THE CLIFF residence, it offers a panoramic view on the caribean sea, the simpsonbay lagoon, the french side, Anguilla, Saba, Statia and St-Kitts.
Leading from the living room is a spacious terrace with stunning sea views, furnished table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco.
This is the perfect place to contemplate the wonderful Caribbean sunset with sometimes a chance to see the famous green flash.
