300 year old Georgian garden pavilion, modernised inside to offer everything you need for a weekend away from it all. The east pavilion offers a double room, a twin room and a single, all ensuite along with a well equipped kitchen and living room. The property is Set in the grounds of a house once historically described as the grandest in Scotland and offer peace and tranquility surrounded by beautiful countryside for long walks or bike rides. We are 12 miles from the historic St. Andrews and 39 from Edinburgh. There is a BBQ area and outdoor seating to enjoy those summer nights.

W can offer cots, stair gates, bikes and golf clubs for no extra cost and if you want to take all hassle out if your trip food hampers with your personal selection can be prepared and delivered for your arrival. Please email for cost and deli lists.

"Converted tea house makes for compact three level accommodation."
