Sunny, comfortable and quiet, welcomes you, offering you a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains, with its stone vaults, with exposed brick walls, its wooden furniture and its external stairs. It has a spacious kitchen, a double bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a cozy porch-sitting room on the ground floor, with adjoining rumpus room, two terraces and roof window. SHEETS AND HEATING INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. Appliances: convection oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, kitchen scale, food processor, mixer, toaster with pliers, steam cooker, coffee maker, clotheshorse, iron / ironing board, washing machine, 2 hairdryer, flat screen TV with USB input and wi-fi free. Accessories: Fully equipped. Seggiola table for children. For excursions in the Valle Gesso, available brochures, maps, and books. Small library on the terrace. Two terraces with tables for outdoor dining and sofas to relax and enjoy the view. Parking in the immediate vicinity. I will be present on arrival, to hand over the keys, see the flat, to meet demands relating to their stay and I will be at your disposal for any other needs.     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Marzia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
