Great value. Fully furnished 3 bedroom short let in Dry Sandford, Oxfordshire with all utilities included and weekly linen change. Fully equipped for a short or long stay.

An attractive, spacious bungalow with 3 bedrooms, set in a delightful semi-rural location but with easy car access to Oxford, Abingdon, Didcot and the business and science parks of South Oxfordshire. The house consists of three good-sized bedrooms, one double, one twin and one single, a charming living room, large kitchen with dining area plus separate utility room, and bathroom. Outside is an enclosed garden and off-road parking for three cars. The house is only 11kms from Oxford and 5kms from Abingdon and is popular with business visitors to Milton Park and Culham Science Park as well as families on holiday. Shops, pubs and bus services are within a short pleasant walk.

The living room is spacious, attractive and welcoming, with a big bay window and pretty brick fireplace. It is furnished with a large, comfortable 3-seater sofa, chair, coffee table, sideboard and flat-screen TV.

The main bedroom also has a big bay window and contains a double bed, large built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and chair.

The twin and single rooms are both of a very good size and each have good storage space with hanging wardrobes and large drawers beneath the beds plus a chest of drawers. One of them also has a desk.

The kitchen is large and sunny, overlooking the back garden and the fields beyond. It is very well-equipped with everything visitors will need, including a dishwasher, and there is a washing-machine and tumble dryer in the separate utility room. The kitchen includes a pleasant dining area with a pine table and four chairs.

The spacious pine-walled bathroom combines bath and overhead shower.

Elegant reproduction furniture throughout gives a traditional English look.

Central heating and constant hot water.

Broadband wi-fi internet connection.

Gardens at the front and back of the house, maintained by regular gardener, with open outlook over fields at the back.

Off-road parking for 3 cars.

The owner will accept a well-behaved dog at the property.

"Lashford Lane"

Very convenient for us to visit our daughter and her family. The bungalow was clean , large enough for three of us this visit. We have stayed with five people in the party with ease. Good facilities throughout. Heating very good which is important at this time of the year.
Very quick and efficeint response from the owner when we reported that a light bulb needed replacing in the kitchen. We have stayed in this bungalow on two other occasions and were delighted with our stay.

"Perfect cottage"

We had a great time staying at Lashford Lane. The house was clean and very well equipped. Perfectly located for trips to Oxford, Blenheim Palace and even London (1-hour trip by bus or train).
With three teenagers was the availability of internet and wifi a great bonus.
The housekeeper came by twice to ask if we needed anything and to change the towels.
We'll be back for sure in the years to come.
A tip for holidaymakers: visit the Abingdon Tourist Information Office, the employees were very helpful and gave us very good advice. Our two week stay was to short to see it all they advised.

"First week of 2012"

Very good accomadation for a family . Bungalow, which means suitable for elderly and people with disabilities. Close to Oxford in a quiet location. Plenty of parking. Warm clean and comfortable. Wifi available if staying for a week making keeping upto date with e-mails easy. this is the second time we have used this bungalow and still impressed.

"Very nice accommodation"

We loved it. Nicely located on a quiet road, comfortably accommodated all of us; decent sized rooms and front and back lawns give you an open and refreshing feeling. Would like to live there again.
