The 3 bedroom Milenio apartment is brand new and has been interiorly designed and fitted with all mod cons to make your stay here truly a home from home. The apartment has river and mountain views, and is a minute away in the car from the beach.

Valencia is Spain's third largest city and is on all the budget airline routes. Famous for its great all year round excellent climate, amazing food and 24 hour night life, Valencia now has become a major international sporting venue as well. 2008 sees Valencia hosting the Formula 1 GP for the first time with the race running through it's streets, the Moto Formula 1 GP at the track near Cheste, regattas for the 33rd America's Cup, the world indoor athletics championships as well as the Valencia marathon. We are able to source entry tickets and arrange transport for all events.

Cullera area

Cullera itself has a very wide range of activities within an hours travelling distance by car. We are able to organise practically any given type of activity from abseiling to cookery courses. We can make your holiday as relaxing or as exciting as you want it to be. Having two small children ourselves, we are up to date with everything there is to see and do in and around Cullera & Valencia to keep the little ones occupied and the adults happy at the same time.

How to get there

Valencia Airport is serviced by all the budget airlines such as Easyjet, Ryanair, Thompson and Clickair. Cheap car hire is available at the airport, but we recommend that you pre-book this as you will make significant savings. Some car hire is also cheaper when you make the booking at the same time as your budget airline booking.

The apartment has river and mountain views and is only a minute in the car down to over 15km of sandy 'Blue Flag' beaches. All apartments feature wide screen LCD TV, DVD player and speakers for your MP3 player. Temporary membership of the local DVD hire shop is included in the price of the apartment as is free access to 100 DVD library in the rental office. We also can supply cots for infants, high chairs and cot sides. Visit our bar / restaurant Milenio for convenient snacks & meals.

All apartment has a balcony with tables & chairs as well as access to communal gardens shared by other residents of the apartments. There is a children's playground opposite the apartment. Secure indoor parking with garage access to the apartments is available at €5 / night.

There is a €50 cleaning and laundry charge per booking. If the rental is for longer than a week, then there will be a €50 weekly cleaning and laundry fee. This includes 2 hours of cleaning within the apartment and a complete change of sheets and towels.

There is also a €200 cash security deposit against damages. This is fully returnable after the apartment has been inspected for damage at the end of the rental. All damage must be paid for.
