Luxury detached home in the popular seaside village of Culdaff in the North of the Inishowen Penninsula.
There is a large sun room off the kitchen/ dining room with views of the village and surrounding countryside, perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach. The lounge has a woodburner and will warm you on the colder evenings.
There are four bedrooms, two are en-suite and all are spacious and bright. The house is exceptionally finished and comfortable. The house is set on its own grounds with large gardens and an area at the back for sitting outdoors. An ideal retreat, yet within walking distance of the blue flag beach, children's play park, village and all its amenities.
The village shops and three pubs are also a mere 5 minutes stroll away. Visit McGrorry's Bar, renowned for its fine food, drink, traditional sessions and live music in the backroom bar.
Culdaff is an ideal base for the golf enthusiast with courses at Greencastle, Ballyliffin, Redcastle and Buncrana. All within a short drive.
You can also visit the many other beautiful beaches on the Peninsula and stop at Malin Head, Irelands most northerly point. Also close by, you can take a short ferry trip from Greencastle to Magilligan and explore the Antrim coastline, including the Giants Causeway. Alternatively visit Derry or Letterkenny for shopping and sightseeing.

The Donegal region


Donegal is a county that has the perfect balance of beautiful and breathtaking scenery, with its rugged mountains and highlands and the most amazing beaches and sea cliffs. Culdaff is in a part of Donegal known as Inishowen. Inishowen is the largest of the Donegal Peninsulas. It is a land that is rich in heritage, culture and beauty and is often referred to as Ireland in miniature.
Culdaff is a picturesque village with a blue flag beach and spectacular coastal and mountain scenery, it is ideal for the walking, cycling or watersports enthusiast. The local pubs and restaurants in the village allow one to relax and enjoy Irish hospitality.
The Culdaff area
The Inishowen Peninsula has breathtaking scenery and areas of outstanding beauty. Culdaff Bay, a blue flag beach, is 10 minutes walk from the house and is ideal for watersports or walking. There is a new play park for children beside the beach. There is also fishing and watersports at Bunagee Harbour. Try horse riding 5 miles away in Malin town.
