The Donegal region

The West of Ireland conjures up many images; thatched, whitewashed cottages, a flock of sheep on a narrow road, an emerald green field with a stone wall, or the Atlantic waves crashing into towering cliffs and rocky shores.

The village of Culdaff on the Inishowen Peninsula in County Donegal offers quaint houses, intimate beaches, children's play area and two pubs. Malin Head, the most northerly point in Ireland nearby, as are the towns of Carndonagh and Buncrana and the city of Londonderry.
