About the home

A beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa overlooking the immaculate 1st and 18th fairways of the fabulous Desert Springs Golf Course. This new, well furnished property sits in a small private community of 14 detached properties sharing a large swimming pool and children pool. The property has private gardens and numerous terraces overlooking the pool and golf course. All the facilities of the Resort are within two minutes walk. The Clubhouse, bar and restaurant, Crocodile Club, tennis courts, gymnasium. The location and the facilities on hand are truly first class. 10 mins away by car is the small fishing village of Villaricos, 12 mins Garrucha and its famous seafood restaurants and 15 mins from the cosmopolitan delights of Mojacar. Within a few minutes inland are the towns of Vera and Cuevas with its historical interest and Moorish influence. Surrounding golf courses within 15 mins include Valle del Este, Aguilon, Playa Macenas, Marina de la Torre and Cortijo Grande. Outdoor Jacuzzi available at the Crocodile Club. Internet access available at the clubhouse.

New villa, nicely furnished. Comprising 3 double bedrooms and one single bedroom. All bedrooms have single beds. The single bedroom has a pull-out bed to accommodate two persons. The two upstairs bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, whilst the two downstairs bedrooms share a large family bathroom. There is a further cloakroom downstairs. The master bedroom has a wonderful private terrace overlooking the 1st and 18th fairways of the magnificent Desert Springs Golf course. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Towels and linen are provided, except beach towels. Sunbeds are available and plentiful around the large communal swimming pool shared by 13 other properties. There is also a children's pool. The kitchen is well-equipped.

Our villa is perfectly positioned in La Rosa del Desierto community of 14 detached properties, close to all the facilities at Desert Springs Resort . These include first class championship golf course and outstanding golf practice facilities. Gymnasium, tennis courts, fitness trail, floodlit football pitch, bike hire, children's activity area. PLEASE BE AWARE GOLF SHOES WITH SOFT SPIKES ARE REQUIRED TO PLAY THE INDIANA COURSE.
