Entertainment includes a TV, Freeview, DVD player and a small selection of DVDs. Step through sliding glass doors onto the private terrace/sun deck with stunning views.

The kitchen is a bright, light open space, with stylish fitted kitchen cupboards and modern wood laminate flooring. Appliances include a ceramic hob, electric oven/grill, extractor fan, fridge with small freezer/ice compartment, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and all other essential kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery. Everything you need for your self-catering holiday can be found here including a dining area with a table and chairs for four people.
BEDROOM
Tastefully furnished in cream and brown, the bedroom contains a double bed, bedside tables, reading lamps, CD/radio/alarm, mirror and a large built in wardrobe. The sleeper sofa in the living room provides informal sleeping for 2 extra people.
BATHROOM
Bright and well laid out with a classic white suite. There is a bath with electric power shower over, a hand basin and WC.

OUTDOORS
This beautifully presented one bedroom apartment has its own private sun terrace overlooking the beach with stunning coastal views. There is also a communal picnic area and outside shower for washing down wetsuits, beach gear and sandy feet. A table and chairs are provided on the terrace for outside dining – whether it’s al fresco breakfasts or evening drinks watching the sun set over the sea. Just a short stroll away is the heated indoor swimming pool, great for kids to play in.
There is a dedicated parking space for 1 car, with limited guest parking.

The North Devon Coast
For spectacular scenery and beautiful beaches whatever the season, there's no better place in England than North Devon coast and in particular Croyde. The beaches are recognised as possibly some of the finest and cleanest in Europe - with two miles of soft golden sand, plenty of rock pools and amazing surf.
The coastline is as rugged as it is beautiful dotted with magnificent cliffs, tiny cove and picturesque harbours. It was once the haunt of smugglers, pirates and wreckers and the fascinating history is retold in many small museums along the coast. Today visitors who love Henry Williamson's famous Tarka the Otter can retrace Tarka's journey by following the Tarka Trail.
Croyde is ideally located within easy reach of the harbours of Clovelly and Lynmouth which are also perfect places to relax. Meander through the streets of Lynmouth and take a ride on the unique water powered cliff railway to the twin town of Lynton which is perched high on the cliffs. Clovelly is another of the prettiest coastal village where it feels as if time stood still. The only means of transport on these famous cobbled streets are donkeys and sleds.
Along the coastline surrounding a natural harbour is Ilfracombe with its Victorian architecture, Esplanade and famous Tunnels Beach. The harbour is always busy with fishing boats sailing in and out together with the paddle steamer Balmoral which offers day trips to Lundy Island. North Devon has something to offer and appeal to everyone, take time to come and find out for yourselves, we will make you very welcome.
The Croyde / Putsborough area
WALK TO - Blue-flag Putsborough beach. Great for families, surfing, walking. Take the coastal cliff path along to Baggy Point, and further on to Croyde, or in the opposite direction to Woolacombe. Woolacombe is an ideal centre for an amazing range of adventure sports including surfing, paragliding, kayaking, coasteering and much more. Take a boat trip to Lundy Island,or a coastal Wildlife Cruise, enjoy a day out on a fishing boat or saddle up and go horse riding across the sand dunes and bridle ways. Woolacombe, extending to Putsborough, making a 3 mile sandy beach holds the 'England for Excellence Gold Award' for best family resort and was voted the Best British Beach in the Mail On Sunday. This stretch of golden sand has won both the blue flag and Premier Seaside Beach awards for its cleanliness, water quality and facilities. Lifeguards ensure safe family swimming during the summer and surfers come from all over the country to enjoy the great waves and clean water. Enjoy family friendly pubs, serving good pub grub. Spoil yourself at one of the many seafood restaurants in and around Woolacombe and Mortehoe, or just have a takeaway, fish and chips or a delicious cream tea as well as browse the many surf and variety shops. Visitors of all ages will find plenty to do away from the beach. There's a friendly, laid-back atmosphere here which visitors are sure to enjoy. Woolacombe and Mortehoe are very dog friendly areas with plenty of walks your dog will enjoy.
CYCLE TO - Cyclists can enjoy the 30-mile Tarka Trail tracking the scenic coastline of North Devon.
DRIVE TO - Explore the beautiful Exmoor National Park. Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, The Milky Way and The Big Sheep all within a short driving distance. Cultural days can be passed at Arlington Court, historic Clovelly Village, Watermouth Castle, Lynton, Lynmouth, Victorian-styled Ilfracombe with its quaint fishing harbour and many more. Saunton Golf Course is a mere 3 miles down the road with its 2 famous links courses. Finally, picturesque walks through beautiful forested areas and running rivers such as at Watersmeet will complete your wonderful stay in this beautiful part of England.
