About the home

This beautiful property is tastefully furnished with nautical theme white New England style modern furniture and oak strip flooring, giving a contemporary feel. The living area and two of the three bedrooms have wonderful sea views.

The open plan kitchen/living room is a superb vaulted room at first floor level, overlooking the sea and the beach, with French doors opening out onto a decked balcony with panoramic views, furnished for alfresco dining. Outside there is a small private garden facing the sea with a grassed viewing gallery, set down a few steps, right on the waters edge.

The dining area has a glass and white trestle table with six white dining chairs with paintings and lifebuoy as a backdrop. The seating area has two blue striped settees with a boat coffee table. There is a beautifully fitted oak and white kitchen with a peninsular unit, oak work surfaces and all mod cons. There is a TV with DVD together with a Radio/CD player.There is a cupboard downstairs in the hall for storage of clothes.

There are three bedrooms, a family bathroom, an en-suite wet- room to the master bedroom and gas central heating.

The master bedroom overlooks the beach and has French windows onto a small patio area and the garden. It is furnished with a double Queen sized bed, wardrobe and chests of drawers in drift wood style and has an en suite-wet room.

The second bedroom has french windows that look over the main terrace and the bay. It is furnished with a double bed, a painted pine chest of drawers and wardrobe and oak floors.

The third bedroom has two single beds, bedside tables and a wardrobe in rattan style. French doors lead onto a small patio area. Additional sleeping facilities in the lounge are available

The West Country / Devon region

Croyde is ideally situated on the North Devon coast and is world famous for its surfing and water sports. Croyde has been inhabited since the stone age and flint tools and arrow heads have been found in the area fairly recently.
The lovely sandy beach at Croyde Bay is ideal for all generations, the beach is life guard patrolled. The picturesque village of Croyde is set just behind the sand dunes and features thatched cottages and offers many amienites including pubs, local shops and restaurants.

There many activities in the locality including The Cascades Tropical Adventure Pool with waterfalls and a 230ft flume, horse riding, walking, golf and cycling.
The larger towns of Ilfracombe and Barnstaple offer a variety of things to do including shopping, Ilfracombe Aquarium, Chambercombe Manor and the Tarka Trail. There are other nearby beaches including Woolacombe, Saunton Sands and Braunton Burrows.
