House managers were really helpful
18 Oct 2011
Simply put, the property was perfect for our group. Properties that sleep a similar number of people seem to have bunk beds, or 3 beds in a room. Millers Brook has twins and doubles with suited our group of 30 somethings much better.
The kitchen had everything we needed, there was lots of dining space, the garden was great for outside eating, and the huge TV was perfect for watching the rugby world cup.
The property manager was also very helpful when we made a quick call on arrival
Croyde is a beautiful little village, and we tend to return regularly for the scenery, the surf, and a pint or two in the Thatch,
The least impressive thing about it was the booking. Booking was quick and easy, although I wasn't impressed with the mandatory £25 booking fee and £20 cancellation fee. Are the booking agents the Ryanair of the property world?
Ultimatley we had a great weekend in a great house.
Thank you very much for your great feedback! We are pleased that you have had such a good experience and look forward to assisting you with your next holiday. Kind Regards, Choice Cottages
