LIVING AREAS
Entrance through a double-glazed front door into a small lobby with fully-fitted carpet matting
and into the wide main hallway with doors leading off to the main lounge:
The contemporary lounge is a large comfortable room for the entire family to enjoy. It is well furnished with 2 brown faux-leather sofas with seating for 3 on each sofa, a large beige fabric comfy chair and cushion is also provided with a small coffee table in the centre of the room. Also supplied is a large wall-mounted flat panel TV (with full Sky Entertainment package), WiFi and a stylish pebble fuel effect gas fire, DVD player, PlayStation 2 as well as a selection of games.
The conservatory lounge is accessed via the kitchen/dining area or from the garden. This is a large sociable space, the perfect place to relax, unwind, enjoy the sunshine and to take in the garden views with decadent under-floor heating for those chilly evenings. This fantastic room is furnished with a cream wicker sofa, seating 3 and 2 cream wick chairs. A glass table and conservatory lighting, CD/radio make for the perfect night-time ambiance
KITCHEN/DINING AREA
This very large, modern kitchen with under-floor heating, has been designed for easy access and movement, with a fabulous selection of cream/off-white kitchen units and dark brown work surfaces with ample cupboards and drawers for storage. In this well-equipped area you will find everything you could possibly need including a bread bin, chopping board, knife rack, tea, coffee & sugar caddies, kettle, white marble pastry chopping board, built-in microwave, built-in oven, 5-ring gas burner hob, extractor hood, 6-slice toaster, integrated fridge/freezer, integrated washing machine, integrated dishwasher, cafetiere, a vast selection of glasses and a large pull-out larder for storage.
A plentiful supply of cookware is available including the finest Le Creuset cookware for your use as well as thoughtful dog bowls.
Off the kitchen is a rear entrance lobby housing the boiler together with tumble dryer, hoover, stair gates, airer, 2 x irons, iron board, mop and bucket.
As you enter into the dining area you are immediately greeted with a stunning black oblong table with polished stainless steel legs with seating for 6. An additional wooden pine highchair is also provided and in the corner of the dining area is a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. Tucked behind the door of the dining area are two solid black wooden shelves with a modern stainless steel fruit bowl, wine rack together with some mats and coasters. A useful welcome basket is also provided with an assortment of information from where to eat, shop, places to go etc.. A second wooden highchair is also provided for the larger family and immediately next to this area is a really neat stainless steel sensor bin.
BEDROOMS
There are 4 bedrooms of which 1 is off the main lounge area.
Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom immediately off the lounge area with a large solid wooden double bed, 2 white wooden bedside tables with 3-drawers and a bedside lamp.
There is also a white wooden wardrobe with matching chest of drawers with 2-small drawers and 3-larger drawers with a handy pine mirror.
Bedroom 2 - Off from the main hallway is a good-size master bedroom with a large white wooden double-bed. The master bedroom has 2 bedside tables with a cupboard and small drawer, a very large chest of drawers with 4-large deep drawers and 4-smaller deep set drawers with a large mirror over. Also available in the master bedroom is a Portable TV and cassette player and a free-view receiver for the TV/radio. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room
Bedroom 3, off from the main hallway, has solid pine bunk beds (with 2 x z-beds under), and solid pine chest of drawers with 3-drawers with mirror over. There is a built-in wardrobe, housing travel cot, spare duvets and pillows.
Bedroom 4 is a twin-bedroom with 2 white wooden beds, a pine bedside table in the middle with large mirror over and a built in wardrobe.
BATHROOMS
SANDY BAY has 1 en-suite shower room and a family bathroom.
Immediately next to the Twin Room is the family bathroom, which has a white suite comprising large walk-in power shower, WC, basin, bath and heated towel rail. Finished to a high standard with natural coloured floor, wall tiling and downlights in an attractive polished chrome.

The North Devon Coast
For spectacular scenery and beautiful beaches whatever the season, there's no better place in England than North Devon coast and in particular Croyde. The beaches are recognised as possibly some of the finest and cleanest in Europe - with two miles of soft golden sand, plenty of rock pools and amazing surf.
The coastline is as rugged as it is beautiful dotted with magnificent cliffs, tiny cove and picturesque harbours. It was once the haunt of smugglers, pirates and wreckers and the fascinating history is retold in many small museums along the coast. Today visitors who love Henry Williamson's famous Tarka the Otter can retrace Tarka's journey by following the Tarka Trail.
Croyde is ideally located within easy reach of the harbours of Clovelly and Lynmouth which are also perfect places to relax. Meander through the streets of Lynmouth and take a ride on the unique water powered cliff railway to the twin town of Lynton which is perched high on the cliffs. Clovelly is another of the prettiest coastal village where it feels as if time stood still. The only means of transport on these famous cobbled streets are donkeys and sleds.
Along the coastline surrounding a natural harbour is Ilfracombe with its Victorian architecture, Esplanade and famous Tunnels Beach. The harbour is always busy with fishing boats sailing in and out together with the paddle steamer Balmoral which offers day trips to Lundy Island. WALK TO – Croyde is a magical place nestling around a stream running down to the sea. This award-winning sandy beach is fine and flat, ideal for children and good for surfing. With Rock pools are in abundance and dunes a haven for young and intrepid explorers. Local fun parks for the children such as Cascades Pool Park are a great way to spend the day. Croyde Bay is renowned as a premier surfing beach destination in England for short and long boards. For the more adventurous, kite surfing, volley ball, kayaking and horse riding is on your doorstep. Within walking distance of Croyde beach enjoy its ice cream shop, gourmet restaurants, superb village pubs, surf shops, and art gallery. This classic 'chocolate-box' village is steeped in old-world charm and echoes the feeling of life in Britain in times gone by. Coastal and Countryside walks include the majestic Croyde cliff path to Baggy Point, (and for those energetic), to Woolacombe and beyond.
CYCLE TO - A day at historic Braunton Burrows is great. Cyclists can enjoy the 30-mile Tarka Trail tracking the scenic coastline of North Devon.
DRIVE TO – explore the beautiful Exmoor National Park. Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, The Milky Way and The Big Sheep all within a short driving distance. Cultural days can be passed at Arlington Court, historic Clovelly Village, Watermouth Castle, Lynton, Lynmouth, Victorian-styled Ilfracombe with its quaint fishing harbour and many more. Saunton Golf Course is a mere 3 miles down the road with its 2 famous links courses. Finally, picturesque walks through beautiful forested areas and running rivers such as at Watersmeet will complete your wonderful stay in this beautiful part of England.
