What a great location! CROYDE SANDS 2 is on the main beach path running from Croyde village to the golden sandy beach, great for families and a favourite with surfers. The village has excellent pubs and restaurants, surf shops, mini mart and a Post Office all within a few minutes walk. Having undergone substantial renovation and been totally redecorated and furnished, this bright and contemporary holiday home has a 1st floor sitting room with stunning views over Croyde Burrows to the sea and Baggy Point and an enclosed decked suntrap courtyard garden for outside dining and entertaining or simply relaxing and soaking up those rays. The woodburner is perfect for cooler evenings. This stylish pet-friendly holiday home sleeping 6 is perfect for families, friends or couples.


The stunning sitting room has white wood-planked angled ceilings and floor to ceiling velux windows offering views over Croyde Burrows to the sea. The central window is a velux 'cabrio' which opens as a balcony. Extremely spacious, light and bright, this is a great space to relax and unwind. This room has oak floors with two large sofas in an L-shape (each a double sofa bed), a sleek wood burning stove and an LCD TV with DVD player and Sky package. Watch the sunsets over the sea from here and plan tomorrow's activities.


The kitchen has modern white units and wooden worktops and is equipped with a ceramic hob, double oven with grill, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is everything you could need for your self catering holiday. The dining area has an oak dining table and chairs seating 4 people, a CD system with iPod dock and patio doors to the deck for al fresco dining or sun-downers.


Bedroom 1 is an oak-floored master bedroom with en-suite shower room, double bed, twin bedside cabinets and reading lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a full length mirror. A really lovely calm space that is east facing for morning sun. The newly installed en suite has a large shower cubicle, hand basin and WC.

Bedroom 2 is an oak-floored double bedroom with a window overlooking the decked garden, twin bedside tables with reading lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a full length mirror.


This luxurious bathroom has a slate floor with a contemporary white suite including a bath with shower over, hand basin, WC and a bathroom cabinet.

Bedroom 1 has an en suite bathroom with large shower cubicle, hand basin and WC.


From the dining area next to the kitchen step outside onto the decking with stunning views over Croyde Burrows to the sea and Baggy Point beyond. This sunny space is perfect for BBQs, al fresco dining, or evening drinks. Or simply relax in the sunshine and soak up some rays. A BBQ and outdoor furniture are provided.

CYCLE TO - A day at historic Braunton Burrows is great. Cyclists can enjoy the 30-mile Tarka Trail tracking the scenic coastline of North Devon.

DRIVE TO – explore the beautiful Exmoor National Park. Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, The Milky Way and The Big Sheep all within a short driving distance. Cultural days can be passed at Arlington Court, historic Clovelly Village, Watermouth Castle, Lynton, Lynmouth, Victorian-styled Ilfracombe with its quaint fishing harbour and many more. Saunton Golf Course is a mere 3 miles down the road with its 2 famous links courses. "Compact and bijou and wow"
