A beautifully converted barn that has been sensitively converted over the last 18 months to luxury holiday accommodation. Using a combination of traditional and modern materials, it is finished and decorated to a very high standard of comfort and style.

From Barnstaple take the A361 to Braunton and at the crossroads/traffic lights continue straight on signposted to Ilfracombe. Proceed through Knowle and then, after approximately 1/2mile, take the first turning left signposted to Nethercott. Follow the road around to the left and up the hill. Proceed past Nethercott on the right and, a short distance on, Upcott Farm is on the right hand side.

“Fabulous” I can't recommend this beautiful property highly enough. It's as gorgeous as the pictures suggest and more. It's extremely well fitted out and everything has been thought of. it has been designed with great taste and attention to detail. The beds and linen are luxurious and the setting is very tranquil, yet close to lots of nice beaches at Croyde and Woolacombe .The owners Ben and Sarah are close by and are very attentive. It can also be rented with the property next door, which sleeps 6, which makes it good for a larger family group. It is by far the best holiday property I've stayed in in the UK and I am very fussy!
